Two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, screened-in patio, designated parking in front of the unit, just steps away from the front door, all on one floor.
The house is part of the Saint Augustine Beach and Tennis Condominiums which is an oceanfront complex located in Saint Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island. This house is not oceanfront but only a short boardwalk away from the ocean. You have the advantage of not paying for an oceanfront condominium but you can use all the facilities that come with the complex.
For example the gated private complex pool is right behind the dunes. It is as if you have your own beach club with two pools - one eight-feet deep, one lap pool, with shower and restrooms. You can spend your day at the pool or just walk a short distance over the walkway to the ocean!
Smart Lock Keyless Entry- You chose your own code for your rental which is only valid for the duration of your stay. This makes a walk on the beach so much easier without worrying about losing the key. This modern experience will provide you with more safety and security and peace of mind!
The house is part of a row with six other units which gives you a lot more privacy than a condominium and you will find it very peaceful. The villa was newly remodeled to make your stay even more comfortable. We want you to make this your home-away-from-home. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully accessorized and very spacious with lots of counter space. We provide a regular Cuisinart coffee maker and a Keurig K 15 single brew Coffee Maker!
The dining area includes a table and chairs that seats four, with sliding doors to the patio. Connected to the dining area is the living room with a couch, loveseat, and a chair. After a day of fun in the sun a new 37-inch VIZIO TV with Netflix included and DVD Player will guarantee you a nice and relaxing evening on the couch if you are to tired for the excitement Saint Augustine has to offer!
A large, screened-in patio is furnished with a table, four chairs, and two lounge chairs overlooking the pond. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with connecting bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom, with a new plush mattress, has a 19 inch LCD TV. You have also access from the master bedroom to the patio. The guest bedroom has twin beds with new pillow top mattresses and its own bathroom. Guest bedroom with IPOD docking station clock radio ( bring your IPOD). Linens and towels are provided. The laundry room offers a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience in your villa.
We have a membership for the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club which offers tennis (10 Clay Courts-eight with lights). Tennis lessons are available with the Club pro. A fitness Center with Nautilus, free weights, tread mill, stair climber, lifecycle, rowing machine and two pools (one indoor heated and one outdoor).
Sightseeing - when not relaxing on the beach you can visit the oldest city in the nation wonderful historic Saint Augustine which is only 15 minutes away. Saint Augustine offers the Castillo de San Marco, Oldest School House, Fountain of Youth, Alligator Farm, carriage rides, wonderful art galleries, shops, fine restaurants, and so much more. Two outlet shopping malls are just 20 minutes away.
Sports - surfing, fishing, boating, and, of course, golf is located close by. Golfers will enjoy the World Gold Village with all its amenities.
It is a turnkey vacation - just bring your clothes and some sunscreen!

You'll never forget Nights of Lights in St. Augustine and the Beaches... Florida's Historic Coast! Nights of Lights traditionally begins the Saturday before the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, Nights of Lights 'turns on' November 23, 2019, and continues through January 31, 2020.
During Nights of Lights, St. Augustine glows with holiday magic - from the ground to the rooftops. Selected by National Geographic in 2011 & 2012 as one of the ten best holiday lighting displays in the world, St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights feature millions of tiny white lights that create a magical atmosphere in the Nation’s oldest city.
Tracing its origins to the Spanish tradition of displaying a white candle in the window during the Christmas holidays, the spectacular lighting reflects the city’s 449-year history and illuminates the beautiful setting for lasting holiday memories.
The Annual Nights of Lights celebration kicks off on November 23 at 6:30 p.m. in St. Augustine’s Plaza de la Constitucion. Holiday music and the lighting of the city’s Christmas tree accompany the official 'Lights On!'

Wonderful as usual
This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it. Each time we have such a great experience. The house is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The location is excellent. The beach is so close and so it the town. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back next summer.

Property in St. Augustine
My family and I decided to stay in St. Augustine for our summer vacation this year and we were more than happy with our choice of homes. The property manager was wonderful to work with and even came by to introduce herself in case we needed anything. It was like being in your own home except at the beach. We couldn’t of made a better selection and we will definitely stay there again. The condo is amazing, filled with anything and everything you need including beach toys for your children. Everything was at your fingertips from pool to beach to just enjoying the quiet patio on the pond. If anyone is looking for a beautiful family vacation, this is it.

A hidden gem
Our week in St Augustine was wonderful, and this place felt like home as soon as we walked in. Much more private than staying in a full condo building but still access to the pool and tennis courts and other amenities. So convenient to be a short walk to the beach. No need to carry a days worth of supplies when your condo is a 2 minute walk away. Beatrix is an awesome host, quick to reply and even came by to introduce herself in person. You will fall in love with the screened in patio. So peaceful. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Scenic and quiet

Great beachside location close enough to historic district
Our family of four enjoyed staying at this property and the short walk to the ocean. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen and two bathrooms which is great with kids. The washer and dryer worked great as we were able to keep towels always dry. The condo is spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed the amenities of the complex like the indoor heated pool. The location is great too. There's a walgreens 2 minutes away and the historical district is a 15 minute drive even including high season traffic. The Night Of Lights was such a sight to see and parking at the garage before noon is the key to finding parking. Beatrix was very friendly to communicate with and I highly recommend this property when staying in St. Augustine.

Wonderful trip! Highly recommend
Three friends visited St. Augustine, and chose to stay in this townhouse on St. Augustine Beach. We're very glad we did. Beatrix, the owner, welcomed us, answered our questions, and offered helpful suggestions about activities in the area. She was available by phone during our entire stay. The rental was comfortable, well equipped and spotless. There was a short walk to the beautiful beach. There are tennis courts and pools, including an indoor heated pool. We would easily return to this . We highly recommend it.
