Description
Townhouse two bedroom, two and a half bathroom,1290 square feet, screened in patio, lots of privacy, designated parking in front of the unit. St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort is a gated community half a block away from the ocean. No need to cross the main road.
The grounds are very attractive. It is located on Anastasia Island, in historic St. Augustine, the nations oldest city.
Smart Lock Keyless Entry- You chose your own code for your rental which is only valid for the duration of your stay. This makes a walk on the beach so much easier without worrying about losing the key. This modern experience will provide you with more safety and security and peace of mind!
The townhouse was newly remodeled to make your stay even more comfortable. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully accessorized.
We provide a regular coffee maker and a Keurig K-Mini plus single brew Coffee Maker!
The dining area includes a rattan table and chairs that seats four, which overlooks the patio. Connected to the dining area is the living room with a couch (queen size sleeper couch with new 4.5 inch memory foam mattress) and love seat. We offer you a 32 inch VIZIO TV with XFINITY HD, over 140 channels and access to XFINITY On Demand. Netflix is also included!! A DVD will guaranty you a nice and relaxing evening on the couch after a day of fun in the sun!
The screened in patio is furnished with a table, four chairs and one lounge chair overlooking tropical palm trees. From the second floor bedrooms you overlook the tennis courts and see a bit of the wonderful blue of the Atlantic ocean. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with connecting wonderful bathroom with walk-in shower. Please see pictures. The master bedroom has a 19 inch LCD TV. The guest bedroom has twin beds and it's own bathroom. Guest bedroom with IPOD docking station clock radio ( bring your IPOD). Linens and towels are provided.
We have a membership for the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club which offers tennis (10 Clay Courts-eight with lights). Tennis lessons are available with the Club pro. A fitness Center with Nautilus, free weights, tread mill, stair climber, lifecycle, rowing machine and two pools (one indoor heated and one outdoor).
The Beach and Tennis Resort also has one heated outdoor Pool. The Club offers water aerobics to limber up those tired muscles. Locker rooms are available with steam rooms, dry sauna and whirlpool. If after all this exercise your muscles need some tender care, a massage therapist is there for your pleasure.
The owner lives in town and is always happy to give you tips on restaurants, shopping, golf and etc.

You'll never forget Nights of Lights in St. Augustine and the Beaches... Florida's Historic Coast! Nights of Lights traditionally begins the Saturday before the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, Nights of Lights 'turns on' November 23, 2019, and continues through January 31, 2020.

Tracing its origins to the Spanish tradition of displaying a white candle in the window during the Christmas holidays, the spectacular lighting reflects the city’s 449-year history and illuminates the beautiful setting for lasting holiday memories.
The Annual Nights of Lights celebration kicks off on November 23 at 6:30 p.m. in St. Augustine’s Plaza de la Constitucion. Holiday music and the lighting of the city’s Christmas tree accompany the official 'Lights On!'

Wonderful Condo and Hosts
This is a wonderful condo, exactly as advertised, clean and with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Easy access to the beach, tennis, fitness center and other facilities. Wonderful family vacation
We so enjoyed our time at the condo. It was very conveniently located and a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the master bathroom shower with the detachable showerhead so that we could effectively get all of the sand off of our children. Ther we so enjoyed our time at the condo. Happy in Saint Augustine Beach
We enjoyed our stay so much last summer that we returned again for our beach trip this year. Beatrix's home is very clean, well stocked, and convenient to the beach. With our beach wagon, it was an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. Beatrix is very attentive and sent a plumber within 24 hours of our reporting a minor shower drain back-up. We enjoyed our week and hope to return again next summer!

A perfect place for a week at the beach
Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at St Augustine Beach. Beatrix keeps this condo in wonderful shape with just about everything you need clean and in great condition. The kitchen is the best equipped of any condo we have stayed in - you won't need to bring anything! There are enough towels to stock a small hotel and lots of beach stuff too.

The property is immaculate and roomy. Whatever free time I had was spent on the screened patio enjoying the breeze and sunshine. Beatrix was very helpful and everything we needed was provided. It is located in a great spot and I hope to go back again.

Perfect for our needs
My mom, sister and I spent two nights at this condo in Oct. It is easy to get to, clean and spacious, quiet and has all the things you need for your home away from home. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. The weather did not cooperate for us to walk to the beach, but we could tell it was a short walk from the condo. It is also a fairly easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. It was the perfect place for our visit and I would stay there again if visiting St. Augustine again.
