Beautifully redone condo
This condo has be completly remodeled top to bottom. It has a fully furnished kitchen with every pot, pan and utensil you could ever need. Great patio area with a nice view and plenty of seating for everyone. Super convient with the key pad entry and nest thermostat. Nice tv too if you need that here...i think we had it on for maybe an hour...we love these condos with the island which makes staying at home perfect and with the boat launch and private dock it makes life easy. The owner is on top of everything and an absolute pleasure to deal with ! Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home Jay !

Amazing - perfect vacation place
Beautiful Condo. Will use this place each time we go if allowed. Beyond clean and everything in perfect condition. Even a snack basket with all kinds of goodies awaited our arrival. I highly recommend this Vacation spot to all. Owner Jay went out if his since the start to make us comfortable. Thank you Jay for allowing us to use your lovly home.

Great place to stay close to everything
The house is fully stocked and the views are really beautiful. The owners were so helpful. Our friends were in another condo 201 and their owner lied to them and didn’t let them know there was no air conditioning so Jay tried to help us get them placed somewhere else. We will be staying here again.

Colorado River Condos
Excellent condo. Very clean and has everything you need. Condo grounds are kept very neat and clean. Pool is very well maintained and sure is nice to have access to on those hot Arizona days. Just minutes driving distance away to Laughlin casinos - can even take water taxi direct from dock at condo complex. Highly recommend.

Condo at Laughlin River
We had an amazing time, the condo was just as described and Tom, the owner, was awesome. Great communication and super friendly. Everything you need with his condo along with being super clean, well organized, beautiful view of the river from the living room as well as the master bedroom, and balcony off of both too. Tom has thought of everything. Thanks Tom for letting us stay at your beautiful home. My family had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go again and will definetly book this condo.

Everything we needed
Building is located right on the river. We thoroughly enjoyed the reflection of lights on the river at night. Some family fished while others went swimming. Beds were comfy and plenty of space in all rooms. Will definitely stay here in the future.
