And be sure not to miss the amazing Hoover Dam tour also just one hour's drive! You're under three hours to the Grand Canyon National Park. And you are under 5 hours to the beautiful Pacific Ocean and Disneyland! Or simply hang out on the property and relax on the island greenbelt watching the boats go by! A beautiful escape on the river
Jay was very easy to work with and their river home is beautiful. We have already made reservations to come back. The Moser condominiums are conveniently located in Bullhead City across from the casinos-which offer beautiful views at night. We had some problems with the air conditioning while we were there, however, Jay did his best to rectify the situation. It’s so nice not having anyone above you - as this is a penthouse unit.

Great location and it felt like home!
Jay was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with as a host. The location doesn’t get any better and the views are amazing. The home was well equipped with all our needs. The beds are extremely comfortable and we felt as if we were home. Loved the gated complex. We can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect Spot
This is the perfect spot! Private island is great. We were there over the labor day weekend and was expecting crazy crowds. I was wrong. It was not crowded at all. You can't BBQ on the island but there are grills close by where you can take food back to island. It was nice and cool under the trees dispite the 115 weather. I would have liked a porch fan to better enjoy the beautiful views condo has to offer. Also no blender in the kitchen, bring your own if you need one.

Great stay in Bullhead.
We enjoyed the unit and all it has to offer. Location is great and with the Water Taxi it was super convenient to all Laughlin casinos. We loved it. Would definitely come back.

Great location!
Had a great time at the property. Good location. Able to pick up the water taxi or a short drive to Laughlin. Accommodations are well appointed with everything meeting our needs. Quiet and comfortable.
