There is a grill available, cable tv in living room and master bedroom. Within fifteen minutes drive of 8 golf courses, home of the fastest growing duplicate bridge area in the country. Non smoking unit, no pets, quiet cul-d-sac with private parking. Near tennis courts and children's playground and swimming pool. VCR and large screen TV and Wifi is available. This unit a sister unit to 6 Fresca under the same ownership. These two properties together can sleep 14 people.

Clean, well stocked, and plenty of space for every one. Only complaint would be the mattresses.
We really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend this place to others, and will try to stay at this location on future visits. My only complaint is the mattresses were so uncomfortable. So you may want to bring a foam pad. Other than that everything was great.

If you looking for the Waldorf Astoria that’s where to go.if you looking for a pleasant , peaceful , reasonable rates, good location, then this is the place for you. Family friendly.

Condo rental
Very clean and well supplied rental. Had a couple small issues with a missing remote and loose board on the porch, the owners were very quick to reply and fix things, very easy to deal with and answer questions. I would definitely return!!

Everything we expected
This was our second stay at this property. 2 bedroom, 2 bath [Jack and Jill] large living dining area and a full kitchen. Also includes a washer and dryer, full back deck and a grill. Great place, good times.

Great weekend getaway
We had a wonderful time at Hot Springs Village. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need for a weekend getaway or longer stay . Would recommend this property to anyone. The owners were great.

First visit to Hot Springs
This was our first visit to Hot Springs and we had a great time! The house was located in a great neighborhood, with many access to many amenities, including mini-golf (free with your own equipment), tennis courts and great golf courses. Also access to a private beach in several of the lakes but the best was at Lake Balboa, only a 10min drive from the house. Most of the places where at 20min drive from the house: Hot Springs, Lake Ouachita State Park and many other places. Overall, great house and great location, having access to a porch was nice and our family had a great time! I was able to just get up in the morning and grab my bike and go for a great ride. Defninitely recomment it!
