Great for bass fishermen, golfers or family vacationers.Husband retired from Kirby Insurance and can help you with locating fish. Complete tastefully furnished house that sleeps 6 people or with permission 7. Both bedrooms have blackout drapes in case you don't get up early. Everything is furnished except paper products and groceries, ready to move in and enjoy all the comforts of home.One King size, 2 twins, bunk beds. roll away for comfort in sleeping. Refrigerator, stove, microwave,toaster, can opener, dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, tv. and vcr, radios, gas grill and all pots and pans and dishes and utensils you will need. Beautifully decorated with furniture and pictures that even families are right at home. Large porch and dock for sunning and boathouse with outside power hookups. About 1 acre of private property to enjoy the serenity of the scenery. Great fishing right off the dock. No smoking inside and no pets inside. Pets can be kept in kennels on the porch but not inside at any time. Bassmaster Classic 2014 runner up fisherman fished 40 yards from the house and caught 32 lbs of fish. Next day everyone followed him to fish right in front of the house and were catching lots of fish. Have posted a picture of all the boats out front. The photo boat was there too taking pictures of all the boats and the fish being caught.

Beautiful views and great fishing
We came as a birthday trip for my son and could not have been more pleased. The house was clean and super cute with comfortable beds. The owners are next door and willing to answer any questions. They even gave some fishing tips. I enjoyed the peaceful location and will certainly come back.

Everything was great. There was parking for three boats and there is a ramp 1/4 mile down the road. The house was neat and clean. No complaints

Very relaxing place
We spend a few days in area relaxing by doing alittle fishing ( which was so but that was ok) and doing some sight seeing . DeSoto Fall and Little River Canyon are close by and even close enough to go over to Chattanooga for the day . Fishing cabin was very nice and the property owners couldn't be any nicer. Would definitely consider another stay there .

Relaxing
Our stay was a very good time for sharing time with my son. The kirby's are very nice people to be around, there property is very well kept and maintained, clean and the location is absolutely the best. I've been coming down for 14 years and stayed in a lot of different locations, but all round this was the best. Thank you to the kirby's for allowing us to stay. Maybe next year I'll get a 14 pd large mouth. Call you about Jan. Thanks again, John.
