Description

This vacation rental accommodation by owner is suitable for 2 adult guests. Your will have exclusive use of this luxurious, roomy (1000 square feet) log cabin which will be your home away from home. The cabin is set on a 1/2 acre lot in Folding Mountain Village(Jasper East) overlooking the east gateway to Jasper National Park. 

The border to Jasper National Park is only a four minute drive away. Jasper town-site itself is a 35 minute drive to the west. The town of Hinton, and its services and shopping, is a 15 minute drive to the east.

This complete log-cabin consists of a main floor and an upper floor loft. 

The loft contains a queen bed and a single bed. It overlooks the main floor's living room and dining area from its 200 square foot 'open' floor plan.

The main floor is laid out into a large living room, bedroom with a queen size bed, a dining area, a full kitchen and two bathrooms, one full and the other a half-bath. In the living room is a fully operational wood-burning fireplace,  decorative musical instruments: violin a satellite TV, a DVD player,  and a selection of movies. There also is a small library and selection of games.

There are two decks to the cabin, a small one in the back and a large one in front.

There is plenty of on-site parking. Security cameras on exterior of Cabin.

Rental Notes
The deposit is the amount of the 1st night of the reservation.
Deposit is payable by Visa or Marster Card only.  
The balance is due at check-in. 

Less than 60 days before arrival the deposit is forfeited unless Cabin is re-rented for the entire time of reservation, less the administration fee of $50.00.  We recommend guests go through their travel insurance for refund of accommodation. 
Note::  The deposit applies to the 1st night and or the last night of original reservation.
We recommend that guests carry travel and medical insurance(especially if out of the country) or check with your credit card policies for travel/medical insurance.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.  The Cabin is for the use of rental guests only.  Guests of guests are not permitted.  If more guests arrive(including children) as per the reservation - they will be turned away or result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
RVs - Tents - trailers etc are not permitted on the property

We had a beautiful relaxing stay in the Gingerbread Cabin. Peaceful and quiet with all the neccessities we needed for our 5 day stay. And plenty of board games for those rainy days.

This delightfully charming cabin in Folding Mountain village is the perfect getaway for a weekend or week! Fully equipped kitchen, sleeps 4, with a fully functional wood burning stove. Just 35 minutes east of the Jasper townsite, and is everything we hoped for for our weekend getaway.
