New dock with 11x28 covered boat slip. No smoking and no pets.

Little piece of heaven
This house was great! Plenty of space, nicely appointed. Brad was flexible and accommodating. Easy access down to the dock. Plenty of games that entertained us in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Lake home with wonderful boat access
The house was in great shape and very clean. Had 4 good sized bedrooms with 2 downstairs; well done bathrooms and a lovely upstairs living area. Town has little eating options, but the kitchen had everything we needed to make family sized meals. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house and the lake was perfect. Kids loved the dock and having the boat docked on site was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome House
The Kelly Lake House is awesome! The house has everything you will need. Big deck with an awesome view of the lake, plenty of seating for eating and relaxing, a great dock for your boat with an easy walk from the house, and a great tree swing that the kids loved. We hope to make this an annual trip. This was our 5th time at Kentucky Lake and the Kelly House is by far the best place our family has stayed.

Fall Break
Great home with easy access to boat dock. We took our two daughters, SILs and families. Plenty of room to hang out together. Kids loved fishing and the tree swing. Basketball goal was a bonus. Tvs in all rooms made it convenient for quiet time. Would stay again! Thank you for having us!
