Spring, Summer in The Dunes #203 is just perfect for playing in the surf or relaxing on the sand.
Fall in the Southern latitudes. The last few days of August through all of November truly is a most beautiful season. It will soon be upon us here on the pristine ‘white as sugar’ sand beaches splashed by turquoises waters. It is the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll from the pools. The air cools, the sun warms the body. The water? A refreshing temperature.
Come for that romantic (3) three or (4) four night getaway.
Lounge around the pools stroll or sun on the unpopulated mile of beach. Recall the days of your youth when quite beauty at sea side was taken for granted. Time has slowed here in fort Morgan, sample it.

Ah, #203 the Palms in the Dunes at Fort Morgan, Alabama. we have two (2) full Baths, full size washer and dryer.
Warm gulf waters, sun drying on sugar white beaches, soft-spoken conversation without agenda, long walks, ankles deep in turquoise tranquility, surf, sun, crystalline water, the natural seductions of life.
Atop a dune at the doorstep of Fort Morgan, you will find that our end of the beach is the most quiet and secluded. More than a mile of pristine, unpopulated beach awaits you. For our guests with a feeling for history, the adventure of a massive civil war fort is there to be explored. Ah, the spring bird migration, the first landfall perch for the tropical flock as they wing their way north. It is spectacular and it happens right at your doorstep in the wooded area surrounding the fort.
Biking! Yes ,Yes and yes! The biker's park their bikes out of the weather in the ground floor stair wells. The area is flat and the road is white lined paved on the shoulder. You can ride for 20 miles in to Gulf Shores or you can ride your bikes to the ferryboat to Dolphin Island and ride around the Island.
Quiet late nights, quiet early mornings on the balcony with a tropical drink, a cup of coffee, a light meal or full banquet, all assembled from the fully equipped kitchen that is provided for your secluded comfort.
Na! You don’t have to cook, there are fine restaurants within minutes or call and have a pizza delivered. We're secluded not primitive! This unit sits ajar the outside/inside pool of our “Palm Tree Paradise”!!! The unit is highlighted with bright tropical colors and the running theme of palm trees throughout. It is truly a place to get away from every day life and immerse yourself into a tropical setting. It features a comfortable queen size bed in the master bedroom, two full baths and bunk beds for the little ones to have adventures. A sleeper sofa awaits for anyone extra you may want to bring. The soft yellow of the condo provides you with a warm sunny feeling, even while you are indoors.

Wonderful, clean condo!
Was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed at! Wish bed was king but we made it work...the entire process was very easy and smooth! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
The Palms
Absolutely perfect and the owners, Robert and Dorthy were very welcoming. Their condo is set up beautifully and it is the perfect getaway for a family and couples retreat. We will most definitely look forward to staying there again soon.
One of my most favorite beach vacations ever.
This was my family’s first time visiting fort Morgan, and we loved it. We liked everything from the huge fiddler crabs to the tortoise we encountered. Another cool thing about this beach is you can leave all you stuff set up for your entire stay. If you like an island feel with very little crowd, this place is perfect. They’re are a few restaurants and 1 gas station within a couple of miles. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The condo is a pretty good distance from the beach, but we were able to rent a golf cart to go back and forth. Without a golf cart, the walk to the beach would have been miserable. The condo interior was very nice and served my family perfectly.

Get Away
Great layout of space for small family. Short walk to the beach. We left all of our belongings at the beach and they were untouched. Great, quiet family atmosphere.

Amazing 5 days
My 2 young boys and I spent 5 amazing night in this beautiful condo, and absolutely enjoyed every second of it! The owners were beyond accommodating and would recommend this unit to anyone with it without children! The condo was everything and more..... the bunk beds were great for the kids and the location to the pool and ocean were perfect! The air conditioning worked flawlessly and the owners were great in answering all of my questions! Will most definitely be back in the years to come The Boone family

Nice place, accommodating owners
The property was very clean, a nice little walk to the beach, but not bad, we still had a blast. The surf was pleasant, our kids loved the beach almost as much as the bunk beds. ;-) Its got a great view of the pool, however looking towards the ocean, I see where the unit got its name. Lol, all we could see was the tops of the palm trees. Not hardly a deal breaker for the clean and more than budget friendly price. The owners provided a nice guide to the area and provided what ever could possibly be needed in utensils, etc. The Dunes is well kept, the security and grounds keeper were extremely polite. We enjoyed the quietness of the area with the occasional passing of the Blue Angel's. My 7 year old son is a huge fan, so the bunk beds, beach, pool, and Angel's made this "the best vacation ever".

Away from the crowd
Unit was clean, bed was soft and comfy, and we loved that some items are already in the unit. (the spf 100 that was in the unit came in handy the last day! I left my spf 15 and 30 as a thank you!) Check in was a breeze! I had the code to the gate and the code to the key box ready to key in when we arrived. Loved the fact that I didn't have to deal with any check in procedures. Dorothy and Robert were very informative on the front end, so I knew what to expect. The location was great for us, as it was 20 minutes away from all the traffic and crowds. market and a couple of places to eat within a 5-10 drive. The beach was never crowded and I loved the honor system within the neighborhood. Everyone left their tent and chairs on the beach the entire week. (Can't do that on a major beach!) I would definitely come back if I ever have another opportunity!

Stay at the Dunes
Our stay at the Dunes Condo resort was very relaxing. This is a spot that is away from all the tourist busyness and a good place to chill. The drive from stores/restaurants is about 20 miles but the drive is nice, light traffic and 55 mph speed limit so it doesn't take long. The unit we stayed in was well appointed and clean we only wish the living room furniture would have been more comfortable for TV viewing and conversation. Hideabed couches are always a compromise they are OK for sitting or sleeping but they normally don't perform like furniture dedicated to each of these functions.
