Description
San Carlos is one of the most sought after condominiums on the beach and is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, only four-tenths of a mile east of Highway 59. The complex is directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, with over 350 feet of sugar white sand and crystal blue gulf water. The location is the best in Gulf Shores, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Free Wireless Internet .
Our San Carlos unit 1601 is spacious, with approx 1600 square feet and includes a large balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops, with crown molding in the living room and master bedroom. The entire unit has ceramic tile floors.
San Carlos has a large zero entry, beach-side pool, a sauna, an attractive lobby, and a fully equipped fitness center that overlooks the beautiful beach.
Our living room and master bedroom have wall-to-wall/floor -to-ceiling windows that allow for fabulous Gulf views. The gulf-side master bedroom includes a king size bed.
When you wake up in the master bedroom you have a breath taking view of the beach. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with a full bath and HD TV. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a full bath and HD TV. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large pantry with the laundry room conveniently located with a full size washer and dryer.

Rental by the week from Saturday to Saturday from May 28-August 20, 2022 unless otherwise negotiated with the property owner.

Perfect beach accomodation
There is nothing negative to say about this wonderful home away from home. Centrally located in Gulf Shores, we were close to everything but could have never left the property and still had everything we needed at the San Carlos Condominiums. Although there were only three of us, there would have been plenty of room for many, many more. The condo is spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. Loved having two full glass walls for the incredible view (living room and master suite). On one beautiful, cool evening, we turned off the AC and "opened the glass wall" between us and the ocean in the living room ... it was FABULOUS! There were plenty of carts for luggage (yay) and the elevators were fast and smooth (another yay) which was wonderful, being we on the 16th floor. We loved having a large enough table in the dining area and also on the balcony for full family meals and game playing in the evening after dinner. Loved having the key pad instead of trying to keep track of keys. Probably the best part of the condo however, is the owner who was a pure joy to work with and more attentive to our needs than I have ever experienced in previous rentals. Andy now feels like part of OUR family. Made a difference! We will definitely seek out this specific condo again.

Great stay at Gulf Shores
This condo was extremely nice, I was concerned about it being on the 16th floor, but found out I didn't have to be because there are three elevators and they are fast. The beds were fantastic. Andy Bolding the owner is great, he checks in with you to see how things are. If there is a problem Andy takes care of it even though he doesn't live down there. The TV in the living room quit working and I called Andy to tell him about it, he said he would call the manager and have him look at it, the manager checked it out and called Andy and told him it was bad. Andy called around from what I understand to find a 50" TV, he found one, then called a friend to see if he could pick it up and bring it to the condo which the friend did the next morning, then the manager came half hour later to install it and set it up. I told Andy when I first called him about the TV that it was no big deal because of there being TV's in the bedrooms, but Andy took care of it. The manager was great, enjoyed talking to him. Can not say enough good about Andy and the manager. When I booked this condo, I liked what I seen with the condo. The reviews on the condo and Andy.

Amazing stay
Andy made sure we had all of the check in information prior to arrival and we found the condo was just as described. Super comfortable beds and a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

2019 Gulf Shore Shrimp Fest
