A 3-bedroom luxury corner unit on the quiet southern end of Fort Myers Beach, Santa Maria 300 is ideal for anyone who loves the water. Not only does this 3rd-floor luxury condo overlook a canal that leads to Estero Bay, but it’s also just a few minutes’ walk to the beach.
And the spacious unit is beautiful and restful in its own right. The living room, for instance, is furnished with plush, plump sofas that invite you to sit down, sink back, and relax. There’s room for the whole gang to settle in and watch a movie on the HDTV and Blue Ray/DVD player.
The living room opens onto the screened-in balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs so that you can enjoy an alfresco meal while looking out toward the canal. Should you prefer to eat indoors, the dining table chairs are so comfortable that you’ll want to linger over a cup of coffee or a game of rummy long after dinner is over.
Whether you plan to channel your inner Julia Child or simply reheat takeaway pizza, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. From appliances major and minor to cookware to tableware, the kitchen has it all. That includes enough storage space so that you can stock up on groceries at the beginning of your stay, rather than have to keep running out to the market.

As restful as Santa Maria 300 is, you don’t come to Florida to spend most of your time indoors. The condo complex has plenty of amenities to help you make the most of the great outdoors. For starters, there’s an oversize heated pool--said by many to be the largest and most fabulous pool in all of Fort Myers Beach. When you’re not swimming in the pool--or soaking in the hot tub!--you can stretch out on one of the many poolside chaises.
The complex also offers several outdoor dining areas, complete with gas grills for barbecuing your freshly caught snapper or trout… or steaks and hot dogs from the supermarket. No matter the meal, it’ll taste even more delicious when savored among the salt-tinged sea breezes!
Santa Maria is next door to a marina, where you can rent all sorts of boats, from skiffs to powerboats, or book a fishing charter. It’s also less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, where you can paddleboard or parasail, collect seashells or race jet skis. Other people have to load up the car with a day’s worth of gear to enjoy time at the beach; you’ll be able to saunter back and forth whenever you want.

This is a great spot for 2 couples. Nice pool and hot tub and really close to the beach. The third bedroom is good for teenager, kid or young adult. I don't think a couple would enjoy that room as much. Kitchen nicely supplied. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely rent this condo again.

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!
Nicely kept, ice maker worked great! (very important on a vacation to the beach!) Kitchen was well stocked with glassware and serving items along with any pots, pans, etc. needed for cooking and baking. WIFI worked well. Very convenient to beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, pool, marina. The screened balcony was the perfect spot for breakfast and dinner. It accommodated 4 adults and two kids perfectly. If we would have known there was a dock available we would have brought our boat! All of the bars/restaurants that were within close walking distance were consistently good with both pricing and service. There was no need to ever get in the car to go anywhere if you wanted to keep it a strictly beach, pool, relax type of vacation. We did bring bikes which was very nice for traveling to the north end of the island. The newly reopened Liki Tiki was worth the ride!
