3 Queen beds, 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Large size Kitchen, breakfast table, and dining room. The main floor has one living room and one family room and an office room.
Spacious family room and a table in downstairs. Beautiful yard with BBQ, patio table and chairs.....Perfect for entertaining family and friends.
Rental included: utilities, cable TV; high-speed (WiFi) internet access, Linens, towels and kitchenware.
We require $700 refundable deposit payable to the landlord directly.

Great location! Great for big groups.
Great location, easy access especially if you are skiing. Lots of space to spread out and everyone can be comfortable. Great open layout. BBQ in the backyard. Lots of dishes, pots and pans to cook for a large group. Ellen is great, easy to work with and very accommodating.

A Wonderful Place of Rest in a Whirlwind Vacation
My extended family of 8 stayed here in late August and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us. It is beautifully decorated (we loved all the art) and everyone agreed that all the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The neighbourhood is beautiful! We had a lovely walk on the neighbourhood trails. There are amenities very close by (Papa Johns Pizza, No Frills grocery store, Tim Hortons, and two gas stations right on the corner). Vehicle access to Banff was quick and simple and access to the rest of Calgary was fairly convenient. The kitchen was very minimalized. While there were lots of eating dishes, I couldn't find a can-opener, and there weren't any proper mixing bowls (just light plastic serving bowls). This did not stop us from cooking all our meals at home! There were several small appliances but except for the coffee maker and tea kettle, we did not use any of the others. The washing machine and dryer were excellent. We did run out of paper towel and toilet paper near the end of the week. The rental is showing signs of wear and tear. As others mentioned, the carpet is pretty stained throughout. There was lots of wear and tear on the family room and basement furniture, as well. One of the pots was in unusable condition (though there were other similar ones to use). There were a few bits and pieces of broken items tucked away. The white table pictured in the photos was dismantled. It seems that it just needs a really good spring clean and some minimal maintenance. All that said, as I wrote above, we would still definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay in NW Calgary
Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores in a quiet neighborhood. This is a big house with lots of room. The air conditioning was a bit tricky though - the system keep resetting to a higher temperature(25 deg C) so that was a bit frustrating. All the towels were downstairs and we had a bit of a challenge in finding them. To summarize: A few inconveniences, but a worthwhile stay for us.

Nice Property
House was in s very good location and was well set up for our purpose. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups. Only concern was pretty much every tap in the house leaked and could not be turned off and the carpets in the family room and basement were quite stained.

Everything was fine... some things a little worn down.
The kitchen was a little short on cooking pans, etc. The house was a little short on extra sheets and blankets. Some things were a little worn down. But overall the house was clean, convenient and affordable. Close proximity to Winsport.
