First floor presents large open room with 55' TV, dining room table with 8 person sitting, large kitchen with island and small breakfast nook area.
The second floor has a large master style bedroom with fireplace, TV and queen bed. There's two other nicely sized bedrooms with queen beds and large bathroom on this floor.
Continuing on to the third floor you'll find a large open room with queen and single beds and a side room with another queen sized bed. This bedroom has a large TV mounted on the wall for entertaining the little ones and also features a large bathroom with shower and tub.

Five Points is located EAST of ROUTE-1 with easy access to Downtown Lewes, Lewes Beach, and Cape Henlopen State Park. Glorious Vacation Rental
Thank you for a lovely week at the shore! Communications throughout booking were very professional and smooth, all handled with ease. This rental is in a perfect location, within walking distance to places to eat and groceries. The pool and tennis courts were an awesome way to spend the end of the day outside with the kids. A short, easy drive to Cape Henlopen, which is our favorite beach for the family. The home was very clean, inviting, and provided plenty of room. The bathrooms are very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The laundry room was equipped with full size machines. My only suggestion to improve the experience even more would be updated and additional cooking supplies, as the kitchen was huge and a great environment for preparing meals while sharing conversations about our fun day at the beach! Truly a lovely rental and definitely 5+ star accommodations!

Week at the beach with the cousins
I wanted to thank you for having us rent your property. My brothers family was in the US from an overseas assignment and we had the opportunity to spend a week at the beach over 4th of July with them. The home worked terrific for our two families and my Dad. It was really fun to be all together in the same house. The 5 cousins stayed on the 3rd floor. The parents stayed on the second floor. Kitchen and living room areas were very accommodating for everyone ! We had a fantastic week of weather and enjoyed being in Lewes for the holiday! So much to do and such a patriotic town ! The location at the Village of 5 Points was perfect. Kids loved the pool and walking to the supermarket for treats ! The house was exactly what we needed and enjoyed being there for the week. Thank you for making the accommodations so welcoming. We felt right at home. The entire rental process was easy and we are so glad we came for a visit. We hope to come back soon ! Great vacation stay in Lewes. This home is a great option for families. It?s spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Tastefully decorated with a beach theme, yet a homey feel. Easy to feel comfortable. The Village of Five Points is a wonderful location - close to downtown Lewes, several beaches, and restaurants and shopping, some of which are close enough for walking. The Village also includes access to two pools and tennis courts and also has easy access to bike trails. Carl is very responsive and communicative. Overall, a great option. I?d rent this home again!
