Our appraisal said it was the best unit at The Retreat due to beaches on both sides, views from all living areas, ground floor unit, literally a few steps from the sand. (Most other units have partial views and are not ground level beach access and are attached or above other condos - this one's location and cleanliness is extra special!)

Lovely, relaxing stay
We loved staying here! The property was very spacious and well stocked. We didn't feel it was lacking anything. The location could not have been better. We traveled with our six year old son and had a great time soaking up the sun, snorkeling right off shore, catching a few boat excursions from the nearby dock, and just relaxing on the beach or the porch. The beach was always quiet and chairs were always available. Katrina and Matt were available to answer any questions very quickly. I cannot think of anything that could be improved upon and I hope we get the chance to get back there soon. I have stayed on Seven Mile Beach before and I am now a convert to the Rum Point area. So peaceful and relaxing. Property was exactly as described in the listing, we made a stop at the grocery store on our way in as suggested and stocked up for some meals we knew we wanted to have in. Other than that there were enough restaurant options nearby to keep us satisfied and of course there are more than enough dining options all over the island if you have a car or want to catch a taxi. Overall, a very lovely time. Thank you Katrina and Matt.

Great week
ouples spent a week at this condo beginning of January. Very easy process from beginning. Plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen. Beach is right out the front door. Over the edge n Kaibo bbq on Tuesday were our favorite places to eat. Rum Point right next door is nice. Their restaurant is very overpriced. Things are not cheap on GC, but we were not impressed with what we got for the price. Rented a car n was very easy to drive around island. Traveled the entire island. Grocery stores on way from airport. We cooked a few dinners and made breakfast every morning but 1. Katrina n Matt are great to work with n we would recommend their place to anyon

Stayed 10 nights for our Anniversary Celebration. Condo was clean and you couldn't ask for a better location. Pretty much had our own "private beach" but for the occasional "passers by". All the people we met were really nice, had a few cocktails together and got to know them a bit while we were there. Was fun watching the crab races on the lawn every morning from the patio. We had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets, beach towels and linens. The washer and dryer came in handy since we had a 10 night stay. Snorkeling was great just steps away from the condo. Being right near the pier was so convenient for our stingray/snorkel tour on the beautiful sail boat booked right next door at Red Sail Sports! Bio-luminescent Bay Electric Boat tour also just steps away booked through Cayman Kayaks. Starfish Point just a short drive up the road near Kaibo Beach Club. The staff at the restaurants were fabulous. It was so convenient to walk just a few yards to grab a bite to eat on the beach for lunch. We ate at the restaurant several times in the evening. Again, the service was great and the food was really good. The weather was perfect and no bugs in sight. The sun sets were gorgeous.
