This is a 2BR/2Bath condo with sleeper sofa in the newer Phase 2 part. Situated on the 2nd floor, it was previously owned by the developer of this complex. It features first-class furniture throughout, and is in impeccable condition. All the amenities one could ask for can be found here. Granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer unit, and a fully stocked kitchen to name a few.

Beautiful location with lots to do within walking distance. The views from the condo are stunning. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We will be back!

perfect quiet getaway
We wanted a quiet condo to retreat to after exploring this beautiful island. This condo was perfect. We love Northside for being away from the party scene on the west side. We could walk from the our room onto a boat to Stingray City, Bio Bay or the water taxi to the west side activities. At day's end, we sat on the spacious screened balcony and watched the sunset over the bay. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I liked being on second floor as people were not walking by our window and the view was better. Perfect resort for families as well.
