The second floor of a newly built home is available for up to 8 people to sleep, cook, play and relax during your visit to New York City. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equip kitchen with dining counter and a sprawling living area awaits you in this oasis in the Bushwick neighborhood in Brooklyn. The apartment is modern, great for groups and is family friendly.
WIFI internet is fast and free all the time. Play Xbox games on a wide screen TV, board games and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea each morning. Infant crib and play pen available. Access to a washer, dryer helps to make you feel at home.
Bushwick is an up and coming neighborhood in Brooklyn and Granite St in particular is full of friendly people and families with children. There is a community garden across the street from the house. Not much of a nightlife by the house but it is just a few train stops away from hip and trendy Williamsburg and Morgantown. C-Town supermarket is nearby and dozens of restaurants in the area deliver fresh and cheap food quickly.
The L and J trains are just 2-3 blocks away for Manhattan's Union Square in 20 mins or Soho and Chinatown in 25 mins. The A and C trains is a quick 7 min walk from the house for downtown Brooklyn, the Barclay Center and JFK airport.
My husband Lavondo and I love to host but also will respect your privacy. The apartment comes with its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please without disturbing a soul

New York Visit!
We stayed at this property for the second time, and like the first we enjoyed our stay very much. We were a group of ten and used the additional basement apartment, which was also very comfy. Ingrid and her family are very nice and accommodating. We all really liked the close and easy access to the subway. The area looks really rough , however we had absolutely no problems. We walked from subway station all hours of the morning and during our 10 day stay, we had no problems. The neighborhood grocery store off broadway around the corner from the apartment was super convenient and the manager was very nice he even let us use the basket to bring some cases of water and groceries back to the house his name is Ivan. We had a nice stay and it was worth every penny!!!

Best home I ever stayed in New York
It was even better than we expected. Ingrid is very nice and would answer any questions we had. We were a group of 10 and we fit perfectly and had enough space for everyone to fit comfortably. I definitely recommend this place.

Our family of 7 had a great time staying here. Ingrid was very kind and made checking in and out a breeze. Everything we needed was included in the apartment. The close grocery store and subway access made it very convenient for us. This was our first trip to NYC and it was wonderful!
