Comfortable and well placed
We spent the end of year holidays in this apartment. Everything went well, the apartment is very functional, very quiet, perfect for 4 people. It is well placed, you can reach the center, Times Square, The Flatiron and the Empire State walk, even Central Park with a little motivation. Otherwise there are two subway lines 5, 10 minutes walk. The area is lively with restaurants, shops and supermarket for shopping. The contact with the manager is very easy and the answers fast. We recommend it.

Brand new one bedroom apartment. Well furnitured, the host is very kind and efficent. quiet and good position. Very fats internet wi-fi connection. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place/Great Location
We really enjoyed our time at Andrea's place. The unit was exactly as described and fit our needs for a separate bedroom and a kitchen for light cooking. The location was excellent - only 2 blocks from N/S bus, 2 blocks from E/W bus and 3 blocks to the subway. Also a small grocery store and laundrymat within 1 block. We had everything we needed closeby - I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful place and super host Andrea
This apartment is very charming and cozy. It’s freshly decorated with colorful artwork on the walls, hardwood floors, a lovely bedroom and a full kitchen so you can make your own meals or heat up take out foods. It’s a place we loved waking up in and looked forward to coming home to at the end of a long day (and taking a hot bath to relax and restore tired muscles and feet) after exploring NYC!
