Located on sparkling one-mile Crescent Lake with easy kayak access to beautiful Lake Wentworth. Enjoy walk-in sandy beach, large dock, sun or shade (you pick!), great little fishing jetty, hideaway hammock, grass yard leading to waterfront. Fun for lawn games and BBQs.
The house includes one master bedroom with queen-sized bed and lakefront view; one bedroom with twin-sized bunk beds; one bedroom with two twin beds (that can be made into a king-sized bed) and lakefront view; two queen-sized sofa sleepers which can be used to accommodate up to 4 more people comfortably.
Open space kitchen, dining living area and separate sunroom are located on the main floor. Lower level has one-half bath, family room, full walkout slider to patio and lake. Makes for a great suite.
Proximity to Cotton Valley Rail Trail offers lovely one and one-half mile nature walk to Wolfeboro town docks and amenities. Great restaurants and shopping right on Lake Winnipesaukee. This unique home offers 4 season fun as you wish. Perimeter fruit and maple trees give stunning spring and fall color. Sunsets and brilliant night skies afford opportunity galore for the photographer and amateur astronomers.

First Timers to Wolfeboro
We enjoyed our family trip to Wolfeboro to attend a wedding, Labor Day Weekend. We could not have had a better fit for our needs. Clean, nicely appointed property that was stocked with everything we needed. From yard games and kayaks to kitchen and laundry all was perfect for us! What a fun time we had!

Our stay was fabulous. The house was even nicer than look in the pictures. On the smaller side but very good lay out over 2 floors. We had 6 adults for the weekend and plenty of space. Barely spent any time indoors anyways. Everything was spotless and in great condition, the house was so homey and comfortable. The location was perfect, lake was beautiful and there was so much outdoor space, more than we expected. Kayaks were definitely enjoyed. We also lucked out and got 80 degree weather at the end of September. Would absolutely rent again and stay for a longer visit. Cassie was also super responsive and helpful via text. Overall nothing at all to complain about, other than the fact that we don't own it ourselves ;)
