Description
Welcome to the best condo complex in Chandler where pride of ownership abounds! The grounds give you the feel of a resort and are cleaned and groomed on a weekly basis. The complex is away from busy roads so it is very quiet and safe, yet only a quick 20 minutes from the airport with easy access to major highways. Typical of anywhere in this region there is no shortage of golfing, shopping, cycling, hiking and exploring close by. There is also an abundance of professional sports to enjoy at reasonable prices.
Our condo is a one-level unit on the second floor, 1450 sq feet of comfort - two bedrooms and a den, stocked with all the necessities including in-suite laundry. The spacious deck off the living room is very private (facing the greenbelt) under a canopy of cool green trees. The pool and hot tub are in the center of the complex and require a pass key to enter - a very popular social gathering place for residence and guests! The hot tub is heated year round and the pool is heated November, February and March.
The unit is an open concept with living room, dining room and kitchen with bar counter. The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the unit, each with their own bathrooms, offering plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and there is also a queen size airbed available. The den has a desk with executive task chair, internet and a printer. All the furnishings are new, comfortable, and of very high quality. Other amenities include HD TV in living room with Netflix, a second TV in the master bedroom, an ipod docking station and radio, and clock radios in both bedrooms.
There is no smoking and no pets are allowed in this unit, and we reserve the right to enforce/request a 25 year old age restrictions on all rentals.

Great vacation rental
This condo was very well stocked. Like being at home. Very nice accommodations. Ideally located in Chandler AZ. Definitely would recommend this condo for anyone who wants to visit the Chandler AZ area.

Condo Stay week of February 20th
We really enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing week in this condo. The condo was well stocked - had many amenities, had very nice furnishings and was very clean and organized. Street noise was minimal for a city of this size. We did not have to buy miscellaneous groceries just to make a meal. We enjoyed the book of information on area attractions, suggested hikes, etc. to learn more about the Phoenix area and things to do. We would stay in this condo again.

Everything you could need is here!
This is a beautiful unit not far away from anything, yet in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We were amazed at all that was provided...almost everything you could need for cooking except for the perishable items of course. It's obvious the owners love this place and take great care of it! The pool and hot tub were used every day! This was our first trip to Arizona, and we came to catch a couple of Spring training games. It was a great trip! Cubbies in 2017!!! ?????????

Tranquil setting in Chandler
Enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well appointed condo. The kitchen was large and well stocked and equipped. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king bed and large walk in closet. (could use more hangers). The third bedroom was set up as an office with laptop and printer. The living room had ample comfortable furniture. The pool is close to the unit and was well maintained and quiet. Fred, the owner was approachable and easy to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to others. The only change I would suggest would be to update the balcony furniture.

Great place!

Our stay at this condo while visiting family in Chandler was perfect. The unit is clean and comfortable. The owner is a pleasure to work with and was great at communicating information about driving directions, where to park and all of the details to make the stay stress free.

A wonderful two bedroom condo in beautiful Chandler, AZ
The condo is very well appointed. Instructions for operating everything from the TV to the shower were impeccable. We enjoyed using the community pool and large hot tub. Never more than two to five people there at a time. This is a great place to take it easy and enjoy the winter weather in Arizona. If you choose to stay here you will find that everything is even better than shown in the VRBO information. Enjoy. The owners are easily accessible by email or text so you will get all the assistance you may need. We spent March 2018 there.

We spent 6 weeks at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Being on the second floor is quiet and private. The location is great as well; not far from attractions, stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Other owners/neighbors are friendly and welcoming also. We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.
