Description
Spacious ground level home that will be easy on your legs--NO stairs to climb! The home is fully equipped with linens for the queen, queen, and 2 double beds. The master bedroom has its own bath. A separate media room with a flat screen TV as well as a large Florida/Dining room overlooking the canal with its own TV.
Direct access to the bay and easy ocean access through channel 2 and channel 5. Don't forget your fishing gear in the Sport Fishing Capital of the World.
The White Marlin Community has its own private beach. Great surroundings for the whole family.

Islamorada excellence
We have just returned from a month at this rental. It suited our purposes to a T. Let us give you some personal observations. The place was spotless and easy to keep clean. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. The interior decorations, tasteful and suited to the area. The outdoor parts of the property included fine gardens, an excellent dock where are boat owner friends picked us up with ease as did a guide. We spent much time sitting in the back yard along the water reading and watching nature. Our two Corgis loved the large fenced in yard plus the neighborhood walks. The kitchen has been extremely well equipped by a good cook because the pots and pans were seasoned, all necessary equipment was at hand to prepare all meals at home for guests as well as family. There were some bonuses of sporting equipment as well.

A Memorable Vacation
This winter was so brutal for us in New York that we decided to vacation in Islamorada for a month instead of our usual 1 week. It was one of the best decision we ever made! The inside of the house was so much larger than we expected. It was very clean, roomy, and had plenty of starter supplies. We spent a lot of time out on the dock enjoying the warm, sunny weather and sipping wine coolers. We especially liked the open layout of the dining room/family room and the privacy of the yard. It was such a convenience having a washer and dryer in the house and not having to make weekly trips to the Laundromat. My husband took a few trips out to the gulf in the kayaks that were provided. We've been coming to Islamorada to fish off and on for over 25 years to fish with our guide. We had a manatee and her calf visit for a few hours one day at our dock, watched some beautiful sunsets on the bay side, had fun using the private beach, and enjoyed walking to the outdoor fresh fish market on US1 to buy fresh shrimp, snapper, and stone crab. We look forward to returning to the area next winter.

Perfect getaway
The Blue Heaven Coastal Cottage was just that-- a little slice of heaven! The home has lots of space, comfortable beds, and comfortable couches for lots of relaxing after long days in the sun! This nautical home is decorated nicely and has many amenities. Step outside for direct access to the canal to drop in a kayak or a paddleboard, grill up some burgers and veggies, and dine outside to watch the sunset. We had a great time at our stay at the cottage and would definitely come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was very very nice with access to the most beautiful beach. Great location. So much easier than going to the Caribbean. We will be back.

Best vacation yet
Our stay at the White Marlin Beach house was incredible! Close to many attractions, beaches, and wonderful beach front dining. The neighborhood beach is the best place to watch the sunset or take a quick dip. We will be back again soon for sure! Highly recommend!!

Awesome month
Our month stay at this rental house was awesome! The house is so open and spacious. It helped that it was all on one floor, because we were allowed to bring our dog with us! The fenced yard out back was great for him, and we loved sitting on the side deck or on the pier! We saw plenty of manatee, pelicans, and fish. We enjoyed using the kayaks for sunset and even used a bike for the sunrise at Anne�s Beach. We went to the private beach around the corner a few times and saw beautiful sunsets there too. Just bring your bug spray at times! We loved the house, with a comfy bed and having two bathrooms! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Christmas Day dinner too! We loved having a Sonos system as we have one at home too, so that we could listen to music. The couches were comfy, the TV was great to watch Christmas movies, and the dining area was so nice to enjoy our dinner or a glass of wine. We had fun taking the dog for a walk in the neighborhood and out onto the Overseas Highway path. The location of the house is a short drive to some of our favorite places like Lazy Days, Lorelei, The Florida Boy, Latitude 25, etc! We were told that the house had all new landscaping and a circular driveway. It was so nice with grass, palm trees, and key lime trees. Just a beautiful place to relax and just sit if you didn�t want to do anything! The pictures do not do enough for such a nice place. We were even more happy when we got there and saw it in person. We loved this house and made many Christmas memories for life!!!
