Description
My oceanfront 2-bedroom condominium on the 8th floor (#807, sleeps 8) is spacious (+1,250 sq ft). It has 2 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room. A private balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, has lovely deck furniture so you can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico all day, and watch the sunset in the evening. There is free WiFi throughout the Resort and in the condominium. We have a 50" Smart TV (with free NetFlix) in the living room, and each of the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs and fans. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and in the living room one of the sofas makes into a queen sleeper.

Rental Notes
here is a $200 security/damage deposit required to book a reservation. This is refunded after the guest checks out, and the condominium has been inspected for damages.No early check in or late check out can occur without prior approval from Carole Miner. If either case occurs, you will be charged $100.00. When checking into the unit, please contact me immediately if you observe any damage to the unit. Parking
You can park 1 vehicle within the gated property and 1 additional vehicle (car, truck, trailer, RV, etc) across the street in the Regency Towers Overflow parking lot at no additional charge.
Resort Fees
A 'Regency Towers Guest Registration' form will be provided to guest with rental contract. When guest arrives at property, the Security Guard will tell them to take this form to the Lobby. The Lobby personnel will:Collect a $20 resort fee from you (one $20 fee per condominium)They will give you parking passes for your vehiclesThey will issue wrist bands for each guest staying in your condominium (only done certain times of the year)
OWNER'S CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will have a fee of $100.00. The remaining portion of the deposit will be returned if a request for cancellation is received at least (45) forty-five days prior to your arrival date.
No refunds for early departures or inclement weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued by Bay County Emergency Management Services. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, your rent reverts to the daily rate (plus tax and cleaning fee) for the nights of your stay.

GREAT FOR FAMILY VACATION
My family had an amazing week in this condo. It was very clean and convienient in location to the pool, beach, grills and in general to food and entertainment. We will definitely be renting again.

FIRST TIME FAMILY BEACH VACATION
Condo#609 was everything you promised and more! Having only two bedrooms was not a problem, because the condo was very spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed from pots & pans to broom & mop.( I over heard a lady at the pool say they had to buy a broom & mop!)Your binder of helpful information was perfect. We enjoyed cookouts by the beach several nights and other nights chose one of the recommended restaurants.We took a picnic to St. Andrews Park. Enjoyed the Eco Tour at Captain Anderson's Marina and went to Wonder Works Museum. Karaoke night was a hit with my granddaughter! She and my Daughter-in-laws niece chose to sing a favorite song! Even 'Grumpy Gus' (my 13 year old grandson) couldn't help but enjoy himself the entire week. My youngest son proposed to his girlfriend...and she said YES!!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! I can not imagine a better vacation! Hope to see you again next summer! Thanks again for a fabulous trip!

WONDERFUL STAY FOR OUR FAMILY

This was the 3rd time I rented this (#206) condo. I was as pleased with the place the third time as I was the first time. It was clean, it was comfortable, most of all Carole is the best to work with. I look forward to returning next year. Steps from the pool and beach. Best part is sitting on the balcony a sunrise and sunset with a glass of wine. :)

The condo is very spacious and clean. If you have any problems Carole will take care of it right away. She's extremely sweet. We rented her condo for two months and her price is very reasonable.

FAMILY VACATION 2015
Absolute GREAT vacation! Our family rented 2 of Caroles condos -1 bedroom and 3 bedroom. We were in the 3 bedroom, poolside, oceanfront, ground level condo. The condo was PERFECT for the 6 of us. Plenty of room and then some! Layout is great! Bathrooms are very roomy and we loved the full tile showers! Kitchen and dining room set up was great also. All bedrooms and living had nice flat screen tv's with cable and dvd players. Bedrooms all had carpet and the rest of the condo was tile floor which made for and easy clean up. Air conditioner was fabulous---stayed nice and cool for those hot afternoons coming out of the sun.. Our favorite part of the condo was the full glass enclosed patio which had nice patio furniture on it. We rented the beach chairs and umbrella , there is banana boats, jet ski and paddle board rentals directly in front on the resort. The resort has employees everywhere---we felt very secure. There are several charcoal grills right outside with several picnic tables to enjoy your dinner at! Carole is a delight to work with...she answered my MANY MANY questions in a timely manner even if i asked the same question multiple times. Now you know life is not PERFECT so my only complaint was that the pool is elbow to elbow with people-but it was good because it encouraged our family of 12 to enjoy the beach everyday in which we did! The activities at the resort are: Karaoke and live music which we very much enjoyed, they did not do the waterslides for the kids or the poolside movies. I would recommend this condo to anyone! It is very accommodating and again Carole is a delight to rent from!!
