Plenty of golf. The Wyeth house is located in the city limits of the quaint and beautiful waterfront town of Guntersville, & convenient to all shopping. Enjoy waterfront dining and waterfront Publix grocery shopping right from your boat. The wonderfully nostalgic downtown Guntersville is especially fun to visit. The squeaky wood floors in the old department store 'Fants' will bring back memories of days gone by. The antique shops are loaded with wonderful treasures. One of the best rentals on the lake
Just finished our annual fishing trip to Guntersville. We have rented from Beddingfield about 8 times over the last 12 years. This house is by far the best fit for our large group, We usually have 12-16 people in our group and always have plenty of room. the have plenty of parking and dock space for 6-7 boats. Love having 3 full baths, no waiting on a shower and the tankless water heater means not having to take a cold shower because everyone showered at the same time. The kitchen is large and stocked well enough to make it easy to prepare large meals for our group of hungry fishermen. By far the best deal on the lake. Larry has always been attentive to make sure we have all we need and if we did ever have an issue, which ihas been very rare, is quick to resolve it. Already looking forward to book again in 2020. We have also booked the larger home on signal pointe and love it as well. Thanks again for sharing this great home with us.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at the Wyeth house. It was spacious, had plenty of bathrooms, and an amazing view of the lake! We enjoyed the kayaks, the fire pit, and the amazing deck! Great place for a family getaway.

Great family gathering house!
This house was perfect for the celebration of my dad?s 89th birthday! It is on 3 levels and has plenty of comfortable bedrooms. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen is well furnished and there is plenty of space for cooking. Becky was very responsive and helpful!

Lovely home for Holiday Gathering
Very nice home for a family gathering. Exactly as pictured. The owners have thought of everything including a high chair and crib. We?ve enjoyed this rental so much that we have been there 3 years in a row. Owners are accommodating and efficient if any problems arise. We had a wonderful trip with 4 generations of family.

Wonderful vacation house!
Our family of 15 had a great time at the Wyeth house! The layout of the house is perfect for large groups. There's plenty of room to spread out and having two kitchens is a huge bonus. The main level deck and lower level patio provide wonderful outdoor space for visiting and enjoying the setting on the lake which is very tranquil and private. We had a great time swimming at the sandbar and kayaking. Our fishermen loved the huge dock and the fishing was great. Beautiful place!

Our family of 11 enjoyed the Wyeth house over Labor Day weekend. Our granddaughters love the third level bedroom and the lighthouse. The swing by the water was a perfect place to have coffee in the morning.

Great for Large Groups/Great view/Equipped with fun activities
The home was large and can sleep many. The listing was accurate and Becky was great to work with. The home has unlimited hot water to accommodate large groups and 2 full size washers and 2 full size dryers. It comes equipped with board games, a gaming system, ping pong table, and paddle boat. Our group enjoyed the fire pit out in the large back yard. My bed was comfortable. We traveled quite a bit during our stay and ran on the trails of nearby state parks. So the hot showers and laundry capacity was perfect for our needs.
