Many delicious restaurants are found nearby and they all will deliver. The services of a cleaning lady are included, the cleaning lady can also prepare meals as desired. Two private terraces front and back invite you to relax and sip any of your favorite tropical drinks at the inviting outdoor bar. Steps to the private beach will take you through a wonderful lush tropical grove of plumeria and mango.

Amazing villa, a real paradise!
We stayed at Marta's villa in Sunzal last April. We were two families - nine adults all together. We had the best time there thanks to the beautiful location, amazing views, security. Jessie who helped with everything around the house. The villa is perfectly designed for 3 or 4 couples with or without children. The pool is great, air condition in the rooms. And the unforgettable views from the wooden balcony!!! The best surfing spots within a few minutes drive. Thank you Marta for your hospitality! We love El Salvador and will be back for sure!!

Comfortable home close to near-perfect beach
The house is stocked with all the amenities that you'll need for a beach vacation - including internet good enough to stream video, a BBQ, blender, and working A/C in all the bedrooms. The beds are firm, but fyi two of the bedrooms have only twin beds. The pool is lovely, and though small was perfect for cooling off. There is a large community pool near the beach, which takes either a two-minute drive or a steep 5-minute walk down a bunch of stairs. Jessie, the maid, was super helpful and sweet. We'll definitely be staying here again!
