Located in one of the most popular surf spots in El Salvador, El Zonte, the Sai Ram beach house has everything you need to have a great vacation. The house is located on the beach side surrounded by coconut and beach almond trees.
Home description:
- The main bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, private bathroom, closet and AC. The additional bedroom has 2 bunk beds, AC and a bathroom. Seven people sleep comfortably and it is designed to ensure maximum privacy for your family or friends.
- Spacious kitchen fully equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, kitchenware and everything you need to cook.
- Modern swimming pool and pool side terrace equipped with hammocks, beach chairs, tables and umbrellas.
- Spacious inside and outside dining areas, high ceilings with fans.
- BBQ area.
- The front of the property has a wall with a secure parking inside. The house has a resident couple who take care of the house, they live in a small house at the top of the property and always keep an eye out if guests need assistance, but also will respect your privacy in the house and pool areas.
- Parking space for 6 cars.
- Daily cleaning (bedrooms, kitchen and open areas).
Please notice that this house does NOT have Internet access. The current companies in El Salvador do not provide the service in this area. We recommend that you purchase a phone chip at the airport or the supermarket.

Perfect!
We absolutely loved our vacation at this property! Easy view of the surf break from your private location. We found the house clean, well laid out, and easy to walk to all El Zonte attractions as well as catch the bus to La Libertad. We used the kitchen nearly every meal for the ten days we were there and it was well stocked for cooking Christmas dinner etc.. Eve was easy to work with from beginning to end and the care taker Carlos and his family do an amazing job of helping out with your every need. We hope to visit again soon!

amazing place
What a wonderful place to stay for our family and to visit with friends in El Salvador!! Carlos was very helpful, getting groceries and driving us when needed, and always available. The place was clean, had everything we needed, loved the pool and especially being able to walk out the gate down to the beach and ocean.

Beautiful place.
The house and location we're wonderful. Plenty of space to enjoy. The adjacent beach was perfect and included a surf school. Not a lot of people around so still very private. Thank you Eva!
