El Zonte is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of El Salvador. I have met numerous people who were traveling through and ended up staying or returning for the duration of their vacation. It's a difficult place to leave.
The property is maintained by a full time Caretaker and we have included with your stay, a daily Housekeeper and Cook. This staff will be there to insure that you have what you need, when you need it. You are welcome to cook your own meals and clean your own rooms but we feel this is a waste of your valuable vacation time. Optional Services include; Airport Pick Up & Drop Off, On Site Masseuse, Guided Tours, and Nanny Services.

Perfect vacation
Great communication throughout from the owner. Mario and Morena are incredible hosts. Mario took us to the cascadas and acted as our guide, showing us the best places to jump (a must do). Right on the beach, great surfing! Will 10/10 come back.
Amazing experience
Wow! We loved casa tia tita so much. We were a great of 6 surfers from Florida down to celebrate one of our friends 40th birthdays. Mario and Morena made us feel right at home and so comfortable. The meal plan was great and highly recommended. We would explore the region everyday and when we got home we would come straight into dinner. The palapa that looked out over the waves was where we’d spend most of our time as it was such a great space. If you’re debating between houses like we were don’t anymore. Just book this one!

Great beach house
I really love this place .They take care of every detail to make your stay unforgettable. The house is completely equipped and clean located in a beautiful and quite beach . Morena is really nice and helpful that makes your stay perfect .
