The rental of the main house includes service of cooking and cleaning. We want to make sure your vacation is an experience of total relaxation. El Zonte is a quiet village, where guest come to surf and relax. The house is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants (open til 9 PM)
The main house comfortably accommodate 12 guest in 4 spacious bedrooms with two of them overlooking the ocean(groceries and drinks not included)
The property has an additional 2 bedroom casita that can be rented for additional 150.00 per night for larger groups.

The house is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, gas grill and a separate wood burning Argentinian style grill. The pool is located a few feet from the beach with an adjunct palapa where you can rest from sun. Large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, hot water and wifi. El Zonte is a quaint and quiet village. 1 hour away from the capital and 1 hour away from the SAL airport.

350.00 is total, includes, service from 3 staff, the cook will prepare 2 meals per day, the guest will choose. Daily cleaning service, linens will be exchange every 4 days. there is a charge of $25.00 per person per night above 12 guest in the house. a $500 refundable deposit is required, the deposit will be refunded 1 week after departure if no damages or missing items are found.

Just wonderful!
We loved our stay at Villa Lety! My husband, me and our toddler stayed for 9 days and it was pure bliss! The Villa is great, tons of living space and different areas to hang out. There's AC in every room and it works great. Wifi can be a little spotty, but not a major problem. Pool and pool area are just awesome! The beach is great too and was never very crowded, so it felt like our own private beach. The villa is essentially part of a compound and we felt very safe and secure the whole time. The staff is just amazing and absolutely the best part. They take care of everything so that you can relax. We ate every meal at the villa and they cooked us delicious food every time that we really enjoyed. There is also a masseuse that comes to you onsite and she was awesome. We had her come twice and then regretted not having her come a couple more times. I can't recommend Villa Lety highly enough! We cannot wait to return.
