Beautiful house, lovely property in a pretty wooded area.
We had a great time and it was a very comfortable house. The kitchen was updated, it has a beautiful screen-in porch. The only issue was the Internet wasn't working, but I was informed by the owner that he is working to correct it. Since we came for vacation this was really not an issue and we had a lovely, relaxing time.

A perfect vacation
This ia a perfect vacation home close to all beaches and town. The house can accommodate a family or two. It sleeps up to 14. The owner is gracious and extremely helpful. I would love to rent next year. I already gave him a deposit.

We utilized the property for a 14 person golf trip and couldn't have been more pleased with the set-up of the house and location relative to convenience stores/restaurants in the area. Len was also very responsive and helpful in addressing any questions/concerns over the property.

A wonderful vacation.
We had a wonderful vacation. The house is perfect. The beach is close by and the house is verry comfortably. All the flowers were in bloom. We had plenty of supplies and amenities were plentiful. My family had a wonderful time. We willoopl be coming back this fall for the change in colors.

Family vacation
Beautiful home and beautiful setting. We especially loved sitting on the screen porch for all our meals. Owners were super to work with and to provide us with information on activities and places to go around the area.

Simply a Great Experience
Over the years we have stayed at several rental properties while on vacation. This was simply the best. This a spacious, well equipped place. The kitchen is large and has excellent appliances. We had 12 people coming and going over the week stay and all loved it. When we first pulled in, my 10 year old granddaughter said, "I always wanted a house like this!" and that pretty well sums it up. Two teen-age boys had a room with their own beds and t.v. Four other bedrooms provided ample room for all.The dining room provided ample room for meals and playing games at night. The screen porch was great a night as a place to enjoy conversation. Our two year old great grandson enjoyed running around the large yard and kicking a ball. It is a very private place, far enough from road you do not hear traffic. With space on the other three sides, it really is secluded in a very positive way. It is close to golf, shopping, and other activities. The owner, Leonard, worked with us as we wanted to extent one day only a month before we went. He handled everything from double checking schedule to payment process. Was great to work with. Several members are all ready talking about a return.
Beautiful location nestled in the woods, close to town, very homey
We had a relaxing time with two other couples and enjoyed the screened in porch in the evening, the patio during the day. We drove to town a couple of times to enjoy Oval Beach and the quaint town of Saugatuck. The home is simply comfortable and welcoming. A bit of nature showed up with a deer and some beautiful birds in the feeders. What a great place to hang out with good friends.

What a great place to visit. My family enjoyed their stay. The house has plenty of every thing. it is clean and handles 14 of our family with out difficulty. Overall the stay was a 10 out of 10. I will recommend this wonderful stay to my friends. The owner Len is very helpful and easy to get along with.

Early vacation 2019
My family was in Saugatuck to celebrate a wedding. We had the oportunity to stay at this wonderful home. It was well supplied, extremely comfortable and a beatiful week. The owners were nice, and responsive to our questions. Overall it was a 5/5 experience and we planned to vist this October.

A great family vacation
All 13 of us had a wonderful vacation The beach was warm and enjoyable. Our children enjoyed refreshing swim. The younger children enjoyed the slip and slide in the yard. The BBQ was wonderful., everything from hamburgers to steak. Grand father went bass fishing a enjoy the luck catching 3 nice large mouth bass. This was the second stay at this house and we have never been disappointed. The owner is gracious and very responsive. Deffinately 5 /5 rating.

Loved it
Our group of 14 had an excellent experience! We loved the home and property, and Leonard was kind and helpful from booking to answering a few questions during our stay... Everyone in our group agreed that if we were to return to Saugatuck to vacation, we would love to stay at this property again, and/or check out the “Ocean Beach” property as well. Many in our group thought that our house would be directly on water; however, it was not. We did have private beach access, and it was only a short walk across the street and down a little path. By no means did expectation vs reality spoil anyone’s fun, it was just a little different than envisioned. To wrap it up - a great time has by all! Everyone commented they would give it very high marks!
