Wonderful Spacious High End Beach home..steps to the sand and your beach and only few minutes walk on the beach to the Presidential Compound in Hyannisport. A one minute drive to the best Main Street on CAPE COD or 9/10s of a mile walk.

Five bedroom, 2 Kings, two Queens with an additional bunk area with two bunks, 2.5 bath - This is a HIGH end home and we have high end furniture and beds for the ultimate comfort, (The mattress alone in our home cost almost $9K. Our comfort and yours in not negotiable! )----views of Nantucket Sound from most rooms of the wonderfully renovated stately Colonial with a formal living room with a fireplace, family room with cathedral ceiling, beautiful granite countertop kitchen, center island, oyster cabinets opening to a great room. Beautiful hardwood floors through out. First floor laundry, screen/3 season porch. Second floor has three beautiful bedrooms including a master bedroom with a walk in closet- private bath and private deck and tempurpedic mattress with controls to move the bed up and down. ! Fourth and fifth bedrooms downstairs, one with its own fireplace..... This home is a GREAT rental any week of the year because of its character, location and design..
Newly finished oak floors thru-out the house- central A/C. Great home for family fun in the summer and tremendous for the fall and spring golfing group of the adults with or without children. Dozens of fabulous courses within minutes.
HOME FEATURES:--- LARGE Eat in kitchen with beautiful beach views, equipped with granite countertops, Microwave, Electric Range/Oven, Toaster, ice maker, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee machine as well, Lobster Pot, Washer and Dryer, blender, board games, Patios, Picnic Table, Gas Grill, 5 bedrooms- Two and a half Bathrooms with marble counters.
LOCATION FEATURES: 50 yards to Sea Beach (a very nice beach.) Close to Shopping, Golf, trampoline park, Fabulous Miniature Golf Courses, Tennis, and Great Restaurants. 2 minute ride to ferries for day trips to Historic Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket island! 1 mile to downtown Historic Hyannis. Great shops and Restaurants.
Very quiet neighborhood. As an additional note, it is very important for rentors understand the home is non-smoking and no pets. Family allergies prevent us from anything different.
We do have a second home on Cape as well. It is house number 38324 on VRBO , the home is 10 mins away in West Yarmouth on Standish Way. 5 bedrooms, , smaller home , charming and quaint and fabulous family neighborhood.

Better than advertised
We were looking for an August rental. Four couples. After hearing the entire summer was already rented by April when we called, we were coaxed into a September week. Not only was the home in wonderful condition and wonderfully decorated, being unfamiliar with the Cape and September waether in NE, we were a little concerned. We learned what a fabulous time of year to be on the Cape that September is. Everything is open, the weather is wonderful and the crowds have decreased significantly. The listing and pictures of the home are accurate, but the home has too much to offer to see through pictures. Very clean and well maintained. The owner even helped plan our list of things to do, places to go! We took the two sound boat cruise 1 mile away which visited both Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket in the same day, it was terrific. Thanks for sharing your home and edging us into our decision. See you in 2014!
Highly Recommend Gorgeous Cape Cod "home away from home"!
This home is in a wonderful location and it is the perfect setting for a family vacation! Our family met in Cape Cod to celebrate my husband's 50th Bday. John (the owner) could not have been more attentive. He made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We also knew he was available if we had any questions. Sitting on the front lawn (gorgeous, well maintained), having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening is the perfect start and end to the day. The view looking over the ocean is beautiful. Our kids loved taking the bikes out every day and exploring. We also enjoyed grilling at home to take a break from the wonderful restaurants nearby. I highly recommend cutting the beautiful fresh flowers on the property and enjoying them inside! Thank you John for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely visit again soon!

This winter rental can't be beat
Where do I start...beautifully appointed home...outrageously comfortable beds and couches...2 wood-burning fireplaces...steps from the beach...kitchen with everything...TONS of natural light...what more could you want in a winter rental?? An owner who is lovely and very easy to communicate with? check! Rent this home if you have the chance...

Perfect
Traveling from the West Coast with a large group, John was more than accommodating with having the property ready for us 1 day early, to include a thorough cleaning of the house and hardwood floors, fresh flowers, more than enough clean sheets for all of our guests, new towels and (2) bottles of wine awaiting our arrival Throughout the week, John made himself more than available for any questions or issues we might run into, even coming by the property to drop off some extra lawn chairs before he departed for a wedding out of town. Great, great guy. (I also want to note that he was in frequent contact w/ myself before the trip, answering any questions or concerns I might have had) Any initial hesitation I might have initially had when researching the property (mainly due to the 'unknowns' that might exist) were removed pretty quickly after the first couple of conversations I had with John. And the property ABSOLUTELY exceeded our expectations.....Amazing home, great location, plenty of space.....beautiful. It is clear John takes great pride in the property. We brought along some close friends who had never traveled to Massachusetts, so we hoped everything would go well and it would be a memorable vacation. It certainly was.....Everyone had an amazing trip and this property was a key component in what I deem a overwhelming success, so much so that I would, without hesitation, go back again. (Not a question of 'if' but 'when')......thank you John!

A Great Choice
We arrived with eight adults and 4 children. The house is wonderful & comfortable. I felt like I was visiting a friends beautiful home, not staying in a rental! There is plenty of space so if you need a little bit of alone time there's no problem. The balcony off the MB was perfect for greeting the morning or having an evening drink or coffee. This was a wonderful week and the house played a big part in the success. Thank you!

A perfect family vacation On Labor Day weekend
this was a gift from my children and their spouses to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. The house far exceeded my expectations. Sparkling clean (professionally) and fully stocked!! Loved having sheets and towels provided and all amenities in the kitchen! John, the owner, was great and very accessible. We had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful home. Perfect location. Half block from beach with ocean view and close to town with many restaurants. Would love to return someday!

Fabulous vactaion home
I stayed here with my wife and two toddlers. My parents and my sister, Brother in law and their two toddlers came from the UK and we all stayed here. It was a fabulous week. Two minutes to warm, sandy, shallow beach (great for both adults and kids). 1 mile to down town. We took the minivan down town as we had all the kids but you could walk easily. John (the owner) was awesome, he checked in with us and made sure everything was going fine. The house was still a great size even with 10 of us. We had BBQ's, in the yard on the patio went to Martha's Vineyard on the ferry and the restaurants down town were great. It is a really nice beach house set up and I would certainly recommend this location. My wife is from the Cape so we spend a lot of time there and this was certainly one of my favorite stays!

Lovely house, attentive host, great location
The property worked out perfectly for my family’s weekend in the cape. Great location with a view of the beach, easy walk to town, and great common spaces for hanging, eating, and watching a movie or two. John was always on call if anything came up or if we had any questions, which was very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

WONDERFUL VACATION HOME- TOP NOTCH
Our stay had perfect weather in a great location in a great home that is extremely comfortable , welcoming and the owner John could not have been more helpful with ideas for day trips, places to eat, etc. We felt like we were staying in our home.
