Quiet and private neighborhood in pristine Sandy Neck beach area on Cape Cod Bay, "SeasCape" is nestled high on a dune with plenty of outdoor living and open floor plan inside overlooking Cape Cod Bay along a ten mile stretch of beach with private access.The sand dunes, low tide sand bars, tidal pools, and clean ocean water make this beach a special place. The magnificent sunrises and sunsets form this well situated home perched high on the dune is evident in the pictures. Enjoy the sight of ducks, shore birds, whales, song birds and other wild life from the deck. Artists will enjoy the spectacular colors of the ocean sunrise and sunsets as well as the changing Fall colors of the marsh. Winter is for adventure seekers and those romantic long weekends away from the city. Spring is especially great for birding and just walking the beach and beach combing. All seasons you will see ample wildlife such as turkeys, bunnies, red fox, coyotes, deer, fish and fowl, whales, seals, badgers, we have even seen baby otters. Great quiet beach
I visited end of March with my dog. The beach is gorgeous and spacious. I actually went it the water up to my knees - really clean / clear. This would be a wonderful place to go swimming in the summer. The house was super cute, very clean, and you could see the ocean beach from almost every window. The deck looked right out onto the beach. The beach was a minute away down the steps. I'd like to come back in the summer and Fall. The owner was lovely with her follow up VM and text to me. Great Views of Cape Cod Bay
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The cottage is comfortable, clean, up-to-date and everything needed is provided. Beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay from 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and deck. Short walk down a boardwalk to a beautiful private beach. Met the owner Janice who couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.

Lovely getaway
The property is lovely with amazing views and easy access to a private beach. Super clean and very cozy. Great for a romantic fall getaway, but would also be perfect with a family and at the height of summer season. Check in process was super easy, and Janice was very helpful. We had a wonderful time.
