If you are in Winter Park, be sure watch the night time ski show down the front ski slopes at Christmas and New Years Eve it is awesome!

Dreamcatcher 180 has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and a 40 HD Plasma TV with a home theater sound system on the main floor living room. The lower level family room is equipped with a 40 HD Flat Panel LCD TV with a home theater sound system. What could be better than returning from a great day on the slopes to your favorite TV program or movie on these HD televisions with movie theater sound all in the privacy of your home! This is life at its best! Dreamcatcher is equipped with radiant (heated) flooring throughout the home (under carpet and the stunning pickel barrel wood flooring) and in the garage.
There are three gas fireplaces (enjoy a fire with a flip of a switch), an amazing sauna, full-sized washer/dryer, and complimentary Ethernet and wireless high-speed internet. And for the wee ones, a portable crib and high chair is provided.
This signature Dreamcatcher five bedroom/4.5 bathroom home has two master king suites with private bathrooms that are equipped with dual sinks, and a tiled walk-in shower. One master king suite has a Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #3 is a queen master suite. The 4th bedroom houses two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a guest bath with double sinks and large walk-in tiled shower. Finally, the 5th bedroom on the lower level has a twin/twin bunk and full size bed. Also on the lower level a fantastic family/game room with a 40? HD LCD TV and a wet/dry sauna with seating for 2-4. Walk out the french doors to the private hot tub with seating for 6-8. This home is high end but kid friendly. All distinctive linens and bedding are of high quality.

Winter Park offers a free on-demand shuttle service to & from Lakota. If you choose to drive, there are several free parking lots just across the highway from Lakota. Just drive across Hwy 40 and park in one of the resort lots (North Bench or Lone Tree), or even in the parking areas in Old Town. You can leave home and be in line at the chair lift in 10 minutes

ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Free On-Demand Resort Shuttle Service is available in Lakota. (Green Line and Old Town Line) For ski shuttle pick-up, night on-call or paratransit, please call the Resort Dispatch Office for pick-up and drop off in Lakota. Download the LIFT RIDER APP from the APP Store or GOOGLE PLAY to find your shuttle bus in real time.
2. PARKING: There is parking for 4 vehicles at Dreamcatcher 180...two vehicles in the private attached garage and two vehicles in the driveway. If parking for more than 4 vehicles is needed, please contact us for additional parking options. There is room for a couple of vehicles in the small parking area on the side of Arrow Trail as you come up the hill to Antlers at Lakota. There is also parking for 2 vehicles on South Dreamcatcher Way near the dumpster. Parking in these spots is first come, first-served. There are pay-for-parking options at Winter Park Resort and free parking in the parking garage at Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park.
3. GROCERY STORES: It is fairly easy to go grocery shopping. The free shuttle can get you to both of the grocery stores: Safeway in Fraser is about 5 miles away and Fireside Market is perhaps 2 miles away. Both are on the shuttle route. We do offer concierge services such as grocery shopping. Our staff can pick up your groceries and have them delivered and waiting for you in the properties when you arrive. There is a flat $75 shopping fee and 15% of the grocery bill for grocery shopping & delivery services.
4. RENTAL CAR, SHUTTLE or TRAIN?: We do get a fair number of people that either come up on the train or by the airport shuttle and others that drive up in a rental car. Many people rent a car in case they want to go see other points of interest in the area, like the tubing hills in Fraser , Rocky Mountain National Park, the Hot Springs in Hot Sulphur Springs or a quick trip to the casinos in Black Hawk. The free shuttle can get you to the grocery stores and tubing hills but you will need a taxi or a rental car to get to the Hot Spring or Black Hawk.
5. EARLY CHECK-In and/or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out when available. We can not guarantee early-check-in or late check-out until 24 hours prior to the respective dates.

Great Home in a Great Location!
We've been staying at this home for over five years - and we can't wait to get back! The property managers are so helpful and responsive. The home is clean, furnished so nicely, and in a perfect location. The views of Winter Park are perfect and it's so easy to get to the mountain or the town! Excellent rental property. We love it!

Best Family Vacation Ever
Shared this beautiful home with my kids and another couple and their three kids. We have the best time. The place is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need, even sleds and board games for the kids. The Jacuzzi and sauna were big hit after a long day on the mountain. Management responded to all inquiries timely. Would stay here again in a second. Incredible memories.

Spacious with Excellent Views
This property exceeded all expectations! From the gourmet kitchen to the grand deck, our large group (12) had an excellent time in Winter Park. After a long day on the slopes, the hot tub and views of the mountains made relaxing inevitable. Spacious interior with two living areas allowed flexibility with our groups' varied interests. Property management group was great to work with. I would recommend staying here!

Beautiful house right across winter park ski resort!
We had a great time at our family reunion. Beautiful property. Kitchen stocked nicely. Comfortable beds. The only thing we didnt like was that the top bunk bed railing is too low for a child to sleep safely. Hope you can fix that for future guests.

Beautiful comfortable home in a great location with beautiful views
Our family of 3 generations including 9 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed this lovely 3 level home overlooking the ski slopes in Winter Park. Located in a quiet residential area it was still a short (less than 5’) drive, or convenient shuttle bus ride across a main road to the lifts, restaurants, shops in Winter Park Village. There was plenty of parking available at the house which included the attached 2-car heated garage stocked with sleds, snow shoes, shovels, trash cans, bench and storage for ski’s. Inside was warm and cozy with 3 fireplaces but still open and spacious enough for all to gather in the Dining Room or one of two family rooms. The kitchen was so well supplied we made all our dinners there with ease while enjoying the beautiful views of the sun setting behind the mountains. After wrapping up a day of skiing and before dinner everyone couldn’t wait to jump into the spacious outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountains and the sauna/steam room inside, or the jacuzzi bath. Sleeping was delightful in the comfortable beds with fine quality linens. Our only complaint was that the bunk bed was not sturdy and lacked a railing on the top bunk, thus rendering it unusable in our estimation. Otherwise, every possible amenity was available in this home, including bathrobes, and we would return without question! Any minor issues which arose (a broken blind and a malfunctioning fire alarm) were immediately, professionally and pleasantly addressed by Judi and her staff. She was very receptive to any questions we had about the home and/or community. As my son-in-law said, “It was an epic ski vacation!”

Awesome 5 bedroom home with a terrific view!
We enjoyed our stay in your wonderful 5 bedroom home located directly across the highway from Winter Park. We had an outstanding view of the Winter Park Ski Resort slopes from the house. The hot tub and sauna came in handy after skiing all day. Hope to return!!!

Heaven on Earth
I cannot say enough good things about this property. It met and exceeded every expectation we had. The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the slopes of Winter Park, giving you a perfect view from the living and dining rooms. The view from everywhere else was just as lovely. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and is a delight to use. The bedrooms we're well laid out and provided enough room for our family with 9 members. The arrival process was the easiest I've ever had from a VRBO rental. Judy, our host, was beyond gracious and accommodating. The garage had enough room for two cars. The home itself is well decorated and well-stocked. I cannot recommend this place enough; five star in every sense.

Do not even bother staying anywhere else!!!
Let me begin by saying I never write reviews. This entire experience was so amazing that I could not keep silent. This property was perfect, I can not even begin to tell to express it how perfect. The photos absolutely do not do it justice! Truly perfect in every way not to mention there was not a thing missing from this home. Anything you can imagine they had at your fingertips. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of sitting room, sleeping needs, fans, humidifiers, everything!! Now you take all that and add one of the most attentive, responsive, kind, knowledge property managers I have ever encountered (and I am in the biz, so am extra critical) you'll find truly the most perfect place in all of Winter Park!!! And by the way- the views are just as perfect as the home! We will be back!!!
