The house is built with outdoor winter enthusiast in mind. Built in ski boot room to store and prepare for a day of outdoor adventure. Sled riding in your backyard.
Master bedroom on main floor with Jacuzzi bathtub. Walk out porch from Master bedroom.
Sunroom for intimate conversations and great views of the backyard and patio. Large fully equipped eat in kitchen and sitting area. Awesome house for entertaining. We particularly enjoy a relaxed breakfast and memorable Apres ski with friends and family. If you choose to dine out there are terrific restaurant with a 5 mile radius both in West Dover and Wilmington.
Two complete Television rooms. One with wrap around couch, attached bathroom, Wii and Foosball, sleeps 4. Great for family with 2 younger children with lots for privacy.
3 bedrooms upstairs - one with attached full bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bath. Bedroom 2 sleep 4-ideal for kids comes complete with television and XBox.

We found this to be a great rental house close to Mount Snow. Nicely decorated with an open floor plan on the first level made for easy entertaining. Separate hang out space for the teenagers was a definite plus. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen well appointed. We can't wait to go back!
The owners aptly describe...
The owners aptly described this retreat as magical, because it is. When you drive up the quiet private road, you leave behind your hectic world and step into a beautifully maintained home in a nature sanctuary. The view out every window is Vermont greenery. We stayed here as a couple with another family who brought two teenage children. There was opportunity for desired privacy for all, yet when we gathered together, there was ample room to host the entire group without crowding. The house is immaculate, and every attention to detail is there, from easy storage to a fully equipped kitchen. The house is literally minutes from Mount Snow for winter fun, but also would be spectacular in the off-seasons for biking and hiking or just hanging out away from busy lives. Wilmington, nearby, is a lovely New England town, capping off the charm and convenience of the location in West Dover. The owners are a lovely couple who truly care about both their home and a renter's satisfaction. If you are looking for a weekend magical get-away in VT, this is definitely a great option. You won't be disappointed.

Large, comfortable home
We had a great time we had staying at this house in the off-season. What a great place! After driving up Friday night, we had a nice breakfast Saturday morning at Dots in Wilmington. We then went and hiked the crosstown trail, followed by a swim / hot tub at the Grand Summit lodge at Mt Snow. On Sunday we grabbed bagels and lattes at the coffee barn and then went to Adams Farm and saw lots of animals. Overall a great time and the house was awesome, large, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Home
We stayed at this home with with 4 families. We all loved it so much, we will be definitely coming back again. This is a beautiful home, well taken care of, and the owners are wonderful to deal with.

Ideal spot for groups
We had a fabulous time at this house. The snowstorm turned out to be icing on the cake for skiing. The house is roomy and has multiple levels. The main rooms like the kitchen, dining and eat-in areas were open and accommodating for groups to hang out while getting the meals ready. Kitchen is very well stocked with all plates, dishes, bowls, cutlery, utensils, knives, basics like spices, sugar etc. Everything is in working order. This is someone's home, so it is very well maintained and clean. That's a huge plus compared to many places where it's obvious for rental. The house is really wonderful. It is comfortable, well thought out, has everything you need for a homey vacation with family and friends, and ideal for kids. The multiple levels and many cozy living/family rooms were great for our 4 families. But it might be challenging for anyone with physical impairments. All in all, we had a great time and the house definitely contributed to the experience. Thanks for the memories!
