This gorgeous open concept, two bedroom, two bath, family room, dining area and kitchen was decorated by one of Florida’s top decorators for luxury and comfort and has all the amenities and style for discriminating tastes. We used beautiful materials like tumbled marble, Florida tile, brushed nickel and stainless steel. It comes with beautiful throw carpets, comfortable beds, couches and great lighting.

Beach View Balcony with Gulf breeze
From your personal balcony you can see the array tropical birds in the courtyard and shoreline of the Gulf. Enjoy your breakfast, coffee and newspaper on the high top table and four chairs while enjoying the warm Gulf breeze. In the summer when it’s hot, turn on the overhead fan and cool off. The balcony is a great place for a game of bridge or just enjoying the view while watching schools of fish and porpoises swim by.
Master Bedroom and bath
A large master suite hosts a very comfortable king bed, two side tables, a dresser, his/hers closet and a 27” T.V. The bathroom has a walk-in shower decorated with tumbled marble, brushed nickel hardware and a vanity sink.
Guest Bedroom and bath
The guest bedroom hosts two very comfortable twin beds, dresser, bookstand with an array of books, TV and a large double closet. A rollaway bed is also available.
Family Room
Comfort is a priority when you are on vacation and want to relax. You won’t sit on uncomfortable rattan chairs or couches with a juvenile, fishy decor, but rather kick your feet up on leather reclining furniture with throw blankets and pillows. Storage closet
The closet hides an ironing board, mops and buckets, vacuum cleaner, beach bags, and beach wicker mats among other
things.

Your locker is located on the ground floor next to your car. We provide you with a grill.
20 Steps to the Beach
Just 20 steps to the beautiful soft white sand. This beach has been honored as one of the top 20 beaches in the
USA. The water is sparkling clear with a white sand bottom giving it its famous turquoise appearance. Pull your
chair right up to the water or float on your raft.
Manatee and Dolphins
We boast our local celebrities that you can see from the beach as well as your private balcony. It’ not
unusual to be welcomed by huge manatees or dolphin while swimming or lounging on a raft. Daily you may see the
dolphins go north to feed and south to go back home. They swim very close to shore while catching small bait
along the way.
On shore Fishing
Get the catch of the day right off the shore and have a fish fry. But don’t forget to pick up your fishing license. Or enjoy a fishing charter where you are guaranteed to catch a variety of local fish.
Shopping
There is plenty of shopping on the 7 mile Island. Or take a quick drive to Bradenton just over the bridge
and shop at Bealls, Marshalls, the mall or any of the other of the great shops. If you like a great bargain, you can spend the entire day going through 100+ shops at the largest outdoor discount designer outlet in Ellenton, Florida, just 30 minutes away. If you want to stay on the shoreline, travel south
towardsSt. Armand’s Circle and visit unique shops and dine in the huge variety of venues, including the world-famous 5 star Columbia Restaurant.

Beautiful condo
Beautiful condo everything new all the conforts of home beautiful view from balcony. The sunsets are breath taking plenty of restraunts on Island to eat ate lots of shops well worth the money. Been going there for over 20 years. Just came back from a two weeks stay the weather was in the 80's.

This condo is immacult in every way. Everything is brand new and very clean. The view is spectacular from the balcony. It is a quiet place with all the conveniences of home. Worth every penny! But reserve early this place books up fast.
