Two paddle boards/2 kayaks, and four bikes, plenty of beach chairs, and umbrellas, coolers, towels make your stay easy and fun! Hardwood floors throughout, updated, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation! Town beach with lifeguards, perfect for little ones, only 5 minutes away and beach pass included! 2 wineries/2 breweries within 3 miles, both with live music on the weekends in season! All the fun Newport has to offer, enjoy beaches, shopping, fine dinning, mansion tours and all the sailing and excursions you could possibly want only a short 15 minute drive away. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, updated, spacious and very clean. Lesley and Julian had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Great for a large families and convenient to nearby beaches and restaurants in Newport. We are looking forward to staying again next summer!

A great place to stay!
We booked this listing for a family vacation. The location was great...on the water and convenient to both Newport and Providence in a quiet neighborhood.. We loved walking to the water to watch the moon rise! The house was inviting and clean with all of the amenities of home. It allowed us the flexibility to cook or go out. The rooms and house were spacious and very comfortable. We communicated with the owners and they were very responsive! We loved staying here! We highly recommend it.
