Welcome to this wonderful, professionally decorated beach house. New owners have just updated this beautiful home with new furnishings, paint, bedding, and so much more. This is a perfect home for a large family to enjoy a vacation on Seabrook Island. Step to the boardwalk from the backyard to the white sands of North Beach. When you've had enough beach time, come back for a dip in the refreshing saltwater pool.
The house has a reverse floor plan offering some great views. Decks extend the entire length of the house with comfortable seating for enjoying the outdoors. Enter on the first floor into the bright and sunny family room. Featuring a large wall mounted TV, sectional sofa, hardwood floors and a kitchenette area, this family room offers a great space for friends and families to gather. Off the living room is a small area with a full Murphy bed. Pocket doors close to give guests privacy at night. There are three bedrooms on this level. The 1st bedroom has a black iron queen size bed and an attached full bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, sliding doors to a deck, and a wall mounted television. The attached full bath has a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The children will love the bunk room that has two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a full bath just outside this room with a shower.
Take the stairs to the open and airy 2nd level of this spacious home. Enter the warm and welcoming great room featuring cathedral ceilings, expansive windows, a gas log fireplace, and new furnishings. Your family and friends will be able to relax in this fabulous space. Dine around the table for eight while sharing stories from your day. The open kitchen features granite counters, double ovens, ASKO dishwasher, Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, and is well stocked with quality cook and dishware. There is counter seating for four around the center island. Both the kitchen and the great room open into a sunroom. The family will love settling into the sofas and chairs to watch their favorite shows and movies on the wall mounted TV. Play card around the table for for four, or step to the deck and enjoy the breeze while sipping a cool drink. Also on the 2nd floor is the master suite has a a king size bed and spacious master bathroom with a shower. There is a powder room with a pedestal sink off the great room.
One of the most appealing features of this house is the number of areas to 'escape'. Send the kids to the 1st floor living room for movie time, read a book quietly in the great room, enjoy a cocktail on the deck, and catch the news in the sunroom. There's a perfect space for everyone!
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
This home is also pet friendly-additional fees apply.
A wonderful, newly redone 'salt system' pool is located at the house, with plenty of seating. The private backyard pool has a patio with lounge chairs inviting you to relax after a day swimming in the surf. Other features include a propane grill, games and toys to keep the children occupied. We offer cancellation insurance if you'd like to purchase it. 7% of the total cost if you cancel due to medical reasons for you and your family. 9.8% of the total cost in order to be able to cancel for any reason, at any time. If you don't purchase insurance, the following applies: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
