Great place. Kim
I stayed there with a small group of friends to SCUBA dive and do other activities. Chad and Kimberly are the property managers and handled everything with quick response and professionalism. Lots of great recommendations. Condo was great. Only complaint is the WiFi can be better. Sometimes hard to get on if there was a lot of traffic and it was slow. House keeping was excellent too and organized things nice and neat. The grounds were great. I especially enjoyed the hammock! We would come here again.

Wonderful Unit in excellent location
Property is very clean and maintained beautifully. We were a group of 7, and had a wonderful time. I will say the beds are not comfortable- in any of the rooms with the loft being the absolute most uncomfortable. The property managers Chad and Kim were fantastic and everything was well communicated with one exception: We were given a local mobile phone to use and were not informed of how to “reload” time onto it or that we would need to do that, so just FYI. Thank would totally recommend this place and the people who manage it.

Perfect Vacation Spot
This is our favorite vacation spot. The condo is beautiful and has every amenity. The pools are quiet and relaxing, and the beach area was never crowded. Chad and Kimberly were wonderful hosts and made each part of our trip so easy. I highly recommend The Landings at Tres Coos!
