Cute area with a beautiful park on the river next door. Great view and fully stocked unit. Lots if restaurants nearby. Great spot!

Mike and Terry are great hosts
Mike and Terry are great hosts. The apartment is spacious for a two bedrooms, a very cozy beach style one with a truly amazing view, above and beyond as shown in the pictures! Plus, it is quiet, clean and within a family-oriented type of neighborhood. Despite not being there physically, Mike was always available over the phone and via texting. They sent us people to help us out with the check in. Our stay was excellent, very pleasant and smooth! I recommend Mike and Terry's place and will definitely go back!

This property had everything you would need for a month
This property had everything you would need for a month. We brought extra towels, sheets, pans etc but they were not needed The condo is located at the end of a wide canal and it very relaxing while sitting on the lanai. Also block away is Jaycee park which was great for walking. Other tenants and neighbors were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Fort Meyers only 15 minutes away. I would definitely reccommend this property Thanks for everything Mike

This is a nice condo in a great location
Stayed the month of January 2019. This is a nice condo in a great location. South-facing screened lanai overlooking a wide canal provided great place to sit and do anything. Park across the street offered superb river frontage. Location was convenient to all Cape Coral activities, and a quick trip across the toll bridge ($2.00) put you in the middle of Fort Myers' best attractions. Was hard to leave at month's end.
