WALK TO THE BEACH at 453 Tarpon, it a Fisherman friendly Fripp canal front home with a dock and large backyard. 453 Tarpon is across from the beach and is located across from the new beach walk access #27 and is the most southern access on Tarpon Blvd that has no steps. There are two decks, one on the front and one on the back(on which is a large grill) which has steps leading down into the backyard. Both deck have steel cable railing for excellent viewing of tarpon blvd and the beautiful canal and marsh views. The home also has a screened in porch overlooking the canal and large backyard. An elevator services the ground level to 2nd floor, a key will be provide should a request be made for usage. The great room off the kitchen and foyer has a fireplace and views of the canal. On the other side of the great room fireplace is the dining room with seating for 8. Modern appliances are provided in the kitchen and a small breakfast room with an English pub table that seats 4. On the main level are two full baths and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the front deck and the other is the master bedroom with a king size bed, this room has its own bathroom. Each bathroom has all new tile flooring, tile shower, vanities and toilets. The ground level has two bedrooms(one king and two twins)and one full bath. New tile flooring in both bedrooms and bathroom along with a new vanity and toilet. A single garage is available for a car to be parked inside and room for several more in the driveway. There is a small kitchenette/bar on the ground level and a game room with a large Brunswick shuffleboard table. In the game room there is a new queen sleeper sofa, a custom spiral staircase connects the ground level to the upstairs main level. An elevator is available for use if handicap access is required. The home inside has been renovated with completely new bathrooms and fixtures. All beds and bedding are new as well, 1st time on the rental market for this home in its history. Quality furniture throughout this home makes it a very comfortable Fripp home to vacation at or have an extended stay. We also own 413 Tarpon Blvd(5bed/4bath vrbo#712236)if your party needs to rent two homes for your special event or vacation.

Family Gathering
Awesome house in one of the best areas of the Island. The house is located with the beach just across the street and fishing in the backyard off the dock. Just down the street (walking distance) at "the point" you will find some of the best fishing and sunset views on Fripp Island. Kayak trips down the inland waterway provides great views of the wildlife. The wall of windows in the back of the house provides great views of the natural surroundings, wildlife and awesome sunsets. The house is family friendly with areas to get away for reading your favorite book or an afternoon nap in the covered screened-in porch out back or on the front deck. The house has been professionally updated and the décor is relaxing and comfortable. Our family has been renting on Fripp Island for many years with Greg and Pam Jackson the owners. Greg and Pam are very accommodating, friendly and work hard to ensure our family has a fun and relaxing vacation every year. My wife and I as well as our kids and grandkids look forward every year for our annual Johnson Family Fripp Island Vacation. Highly recommend renting from Greg and Pam and making Fripp Island your vacation destination.

This tastefully renovated house was perfect for our family. Access to the beach is steps away.
This home is located on the canal for those who want to fish, boat or kayak(yes kayaks were incuded). Better yet, access to the beautiful beach of Fripp is directly across the street. There is a deck on the front to experience a SC sunrise and then one at the rear for sunsets as well as a screened porch. The furnishings throughout show the owners have an eye for detail and you know you're at the beach the moment you walk up to the entryway. We will definitely hope to stay at this property for future visits.

Comfortable home with excellent furnishings
The property is perfectly located with the canal in the back and ocean across the street. Greg is the ultimate host with shuffle board, kayaks and bikes. I would also like to add whoever decorated has excellent taste, very comfortable home. I would highly recommend this home!????

Beautiful home on canal with EASY beach access
House has a floor plan that makes it ideal for traveling with multi generations or families. The elevator was a godsend as you have to go up and down a flight of stairs to come and go and we had people in our party that truly appreciated it. The exterior entrances to each of the downstairs rooms was odd to us at first but made it so much easier for people to come and go as they pleased without disrupting anyone. Kitchen is so well stocked with crock pots, toaster oven, and every pot/pan/baking dish you could need. We cooked all meals in and enjoyed dinner around the beautiful table. The decorations and furnishings in this house are so tasteful and unique. The screened porch was probably one of my favorite spots in the house . The furniture out there was so comfortable and a great place to watch the deer wandering through the yard all day. Beds were comfy with lovely linens. All in all...a perfect stay. We’ve rented quite a few times on Fripp and we all agree this is at the top of the list. You couldn’t ask for a more responsive or friendly owner to work with. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Great location with easy access to beach
Staying in this house did not disappoint. We had easy access to the beach (directly across Tarpon), and the canal literally in our backyard. The kayaks and adult bikes were a big plus. The owners were very attentive to our needs. Also, we were blessed to see baby turtles released into the ocean.

Perfect Beach Rental
We have been vacationing on Fripp for over 40 years. This house was all the things we love about Fripp. Perfect location. Beautiful views from the porch. Comfortable bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. Owner/rental agent was one of the best we have ever worked with- available, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely wanted us to have a relaxing vacation. We have already reserved this house for 2020!!!

A Wonderful Thanksgiving!!
Our stay was wonderful! The house was great and more than met our needs. We have been visiting Fripp for more than 30 years (my husband has been visiting far longer... ) and this home was one of the best appointed! It was a perfect location and the hosts couldn’t have been any more accommodating! The furnished bikes and kayaks added to the fun. We highly recommend these hosts!
