413 Tarpon is a luxury home and is decorated to serve the interest of families who prefer space and high quality furnishings in a vacation experience. 413 Tarpon has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a large well equiped gourmet kitchen with bar seating for 6, dining table seating for 10 and seating for 6 more at the large table on the screened in porch. The main and upstairs levels have hardwood flooring. There are 4 king beds, 1 queen size bed, one day bed with trundle and two day bed loungers, the home will sleep up to 14. The front of the house has an elevated porch with rocking chairs. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom with his and hers vanities. There is a private bar area adjoining the master suite with private deck to the front facing ocean. To the rear of the home on the master level a large sun deck serving the master bedroom with two chaise lounges and a circular outdoor tanning sofa providing a great spot for private sunbathing facing the canal and afternoon sun. A spiral staircase off master bar area leads vacationers up to the rooftop for viewing of the ocean, beautiful sunrises, breathtaking sunsets and brilliant observations at night for star gazers. The master bedroom has a 60' flatscreen, the main level has an 80' flatscreen, terrace level has a 52' flatscreen for your viewing pleasure. All the rooms in the home are designer decorated with local art and have ceiling fans. There is ample parking via a 3 car garage and large driveway. The backyard is large enough for a volleyball court and has a seawall, the private dock allows canal and ocean access via boat launched from floating pier head. Our dock also has a boat lift that can support a boat up to 7000lbs. Beach access #24 has no steps and is directly across the street and the beautiful beach and ocean is only 100’ from our front door. Fishing and crabbing at the dock on the tidal canal is very good with a cleaning station and night lighting for all you late night fishermen. 413 Tarpon is owner operated by a full time resident and lover of Fripp Island. We hope you choose our home for your vacation, this home is decorated and furnished to provide space and comfort for a party of 14 who enjoy being together without feeling on top of each other. We also own 453 Tarpon Blvd(a 4/3 home should you need another home for your vacationing party.

Beautiful home
Beautiful home with lots of room. We had 12 of us and never had any issues with space. Open kitchen made it easy for meals. Will definitely be keeping this house under my favorites.

Incredible House. Everything you need to relax for a great time at Fripp!
It is hard to exceed my expectations but this house and the experience for our week at Fripp exceeded our two families expectations. Greg is an incredibly nice person to work with and the attention to detail the owners put into this house is off the chart. Chairs, Kayaks and everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor grill is great and all the furniture, bedding and tv's are perfect throughout the house. I don't know how you beat our experience but we will certainly give it a shot the next time around. Greg, thank you and your family for a great week at Fripp Island!

Great time at Fripp!
Perfect house for two families. Well maintained property in a great location. Greg was a pleasure to work with. Top of our list for a return visit to Fripp. FYI, you do need amenity cards to use any of the pools, restaurants, etc. Greg will arrange them at cost.

PARADISE IN THE PERFECT LOCATION
My husband and I heard great things about Fripp Island. After searching many VBRO properties we found 413 tarpon blvd!! Upon arrival we were blown away. Accessing the home was easy (thank you Greg) and the rooms were perfect!!! Almost everyone had their own King Size bed!! The place had that "I'm definitely on vacation" decoration style!! The property owner was amazing too. One of the days was non-stop rain and Greg offered to bring over a crab trap for us to try out on the dock. No luck catching blue claw but the kids had fun with the hermit crabs. The best part of the house was the roof-top crows nest. Every night after the kids went to bed, the adults went to the roof to enjoy drinks with the wonderful view. Thunderstorm viewing was unreal!!! You're on top of the world up there!!! The house was located in the perfect place!!!! Directly across from the beach access and only a 10 minute golf cart ride to the marina and maybe a 10minute ride to the froggy pool (kids favorite place). The place comes with 4 bikes and they are awesome to ride on the beach!!! There is no doubt that we will be back to Fripp and stay at 413!! Thank you Greg!!! You are amazing!!!!!!!!!! ~ Kyle

Wonderful Week!
Fripp Island and this house did not disappoint! We traveled to Fripp right after Hurricane Dorian went through. Greg made contact with us before the hurricane and then again after to let us know we we still be able to come; he was great to work with. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed including some sand toys, chairs, bikes, and kayaks. Thank you, Greg, for a wonderful week. We would definitely rent again!!

Fantastic Property!
We stayed In this house over fall break. The location is beautiful and directly across the street from the beach. The rooftop view is amazing and allows you to see the sunrise & sunset over the ocean - it‘s just spectacular. The house is nicely decorated, very comfortable and is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Greg, the owner, is easy to communicate with and easily accessible for questions and/or help. We have visited Fripp Island dozens of times and this by far was the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommended!!

We have 4 couples that have traveled together for several years. We found the home to meet all of our needs. It rained every day but we had a great time.
