Description
We invite you to enjoy our charming, spacious townhome in Frisco, the best little town in the Colorado mountains. Winter and summer activities are close by. The ski areas of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper and A Basin are just minutes away. Vail is a short 30-minute drive. You can rent a snowmobile and travel the bike bath nearby or cross-country or snowshoe the many trails.
Main Street restaurants and shops are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Three wonderful recreation centers are within a short drive. Do you enjoy shopping? The Silverthorne Factory Outlet stores are close by. The free Summit Stage shuttle bus system will take you anywhere in the Summit area. We are just off I-70, near the central terminal for the Summit Stage.
Our townhome is 2500 square feet with two decks that overlook the Lagoon. Our unit sleeps ten comfortably. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds and private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom/den has two full-size futons, a pool table and a bathroom. A comfortable queen pull-out sofa bed is in the spacious living room.
The combined living-dining-kitchen area is a gathering place for sitting by the fire, watching TV or a movie or playing cards or games on our huge dining table with eight chairs. There are four chairs at the breakfast bar as well
The large kitchen is fully equipped for every type of meal preparation. Kitchen appliances include, microwave, 2 coffee makers, blender and toaster. Safeway and Walmart are within walking distance.
Linens are provided, including sheets, pillows and blankets, bath and kitchen towels, as well as pool towels.

Colorado Vacation
We had a great time in Colorado. The townhouse was very spacious with everything you could need. It was an excellent location for us and close to alot of the things that we did such as biking, riding ATVS in the mountains and much more. The only drawback was the stairs but not a big deal after we got everything unloaded. Overall it was a great place. Sara

Excellent property and suited us well
Everything went very well with the property. It is very convenient and well equipped. Peg was particularly good with communicating. Emails were answered very promptly. We would certainly consider this town home for future trips.

Very comfortable and convenient
The condo was great . It was very clean and organized. Everything that we needed was there. The pool table was great for the older kids. Rooms are separated to allow privacy for everyone. The location is perfect. Close to shopping, skiing, and entertainment. Peg was great from booking thru time we left, even checking in to make sure everything was going well. Large, comfortable and cozy!
We enjoyed our stay in this Frisco townhome. It’s in a great location to get to the various ski resorts - we skied Copper Mountain- and the home is large and very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Very conveniently located near groceries, ski rentals, fast food and other shopping. Also easy to get to the many ski resorts in the area. Loved the hot, hot water that was very plentiful at the end of each day of skiing. Will certainly consider this townhouse on our next trip to Summit County!

Summer stay
Frisco in short reach to all of summit county Nice location. Has a small pond out back for fishing with kids. Quiet spot, just off bicycle route & nature preserve. Can open sliding door at night to hear mountain stream. Place has lots of room. Fixtures & paint are in need of updating & owners are aware,of this. Hard to match price per square foot & number of beds vs other properties. New master bed top mattress was nice. May need better frame &/ boxspring. Would be happy to return.
