Relax, unwind and get away to this beautiful setting on scenic Lake Keowee! This spacious home is in a quiet, established neighborhood convenient to Lake Keowee Marina, The Tiki Hut, grocery stores, shopping, Clemson University, golf courses and many other attractions. You will feel secluded, away from the cares, worries, and hustle and bustle of everyday life, but you will be only five minutes away from conveniences and attractions. Stop by the Lake Keowee Marina where you can rent a variety of water sports equipment and visit the Tiki Hut next door to eat, party, sing karaoke or enjoy friendly neighbors. You will be only 7 miles from Clemson University. This is a great house to rent if you want to attend Clemson events! The lovely small town of Seneca, SC is only minutes away and offers gift shops and dining.
Of course, Lake Keowee is the main attraction here. The house overlooks a scenic cove which offers beauty and serenity and is only a 2-minute boat ride to the main part of the lake. The Lake Keowee Marina has a boat launch and also rents pontoon boats. The marina is only 5 minutes away from the house by car or boat and the cruise from the lake house to the Marina is the perfect place to see a beautiful lake sunset. The lake is surrounded by beautiful homes and natural woodlands with the mountains of North and South Carolina visible in the distance. The lake is beautiful in all seasons of the year. A map of the lake is available for viewing in the house and are available for purchase at the marina. Because the lake is oriented in a north-south direction with coves off to the east and west, it is quite easy to navigate.
This is a wonderful home in which to enjoy the lake, family, and friends. From the moment you enter this spacious 4,000 square-foot house, you will be surrounded by relaxing beauty both inside and out. There is a beautiful rock path leading to a new, double-slip dock. The lot is landscaped with mature native and imported trees and shrubs which are enjoyed by squirrels and a variety of birds.
The warm, welcoming feeling you experience upon entering the front door will follow you through the house. The living room and rock fireplace create a relaxing environment year round. The incredible screened-in porch invites you to enjoy nature, a gorgeous view of the lake and comfortable furniture from a local artist under a cooling fan. You can rock away the hours on the glider on one of the decks or the patio porch swing. You can read a good book in an overstuffed chair in the library which overlooks the lake. You can soak away stress in the master suite Jacuzzi tub or simply enjoy a good night's sleep on a pillow-top mattress that surrounds you with comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen is a welcoming space; practical, comfortable, with every amenity, and opens to the living room and dining room for ease of conversation and functionality. The den downstairs offers a large gathering space for games and entertainment with a gas fireplace, a 52' flat-panel HDTV and a Wii.
You will feel so relaxed and welcome in every room and space in this home you will not want to leave and will definitely want to come back!

Great home. Convenient to everything.
Kelley responded quickly to our request and questions. She was also helpful in planning our trip. Plenty of space for a multi family vacation. Had 6 adults and 6 toddlers yet there were parts of the home we didn’t even use. Great dock in a calm cove. Less than 5mins to grocery store or marina. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

June 2019 Visit to Keowee Property
Nice place, very convenient to everything ... the marina, the town of Seneca. Plenty of room for 10 of us, had 6 cars parked there at one point in time. Brought our own boat, so having the double slip dock available to us was great. Kellye did a great job. Thanks.
