This furnished oceanfront house is located on a 1 acre property that extends over the protected natural reserve beach of Punta Melones, one of the best beaches for snorkeling in Culebra island. You can experience spectacular sunsets from the 75' infinity pool which overlooks Vieques island, Cayo Luis Peña, the mountains of Puerto Rico and the entrance to the island.
It has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, laundry, AC in all rooms and living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large pantry and big balconies and terraces. All rooms have ocean view. The property is walking distance to the beach and very close to town and restaurants.

This is a two (2) level home with two separate gazebos:
First floor (entrance) is a fully equipped kitchen, with two 33-bottle wine coolers, large pantry with double oven and 1 full bathroom; all spaces with A/C. Dining room that seats 10 people, adjacent to the living room with SAT/Dish and DVD player, and an iPod docking station. Complete with a wrap-around balcony terrace overlooking the ocean with 3 tables, a bar stool table, a large sofa and a gas barbecue.
Downstairs are 4 bedrooms (all with A/C), including 2 master suites: 1st master suite with a king size bed and TV, a private bathroom and a chaise lounge; 2nd master bedroom with a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a private bathroom and TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (both with full size beds and single beds on top, sleeps 6), a TV and a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom or Studio has a queen size bed, a private bathroom, 2 pull out sofas, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
Also, the laundry facilities are on the first level, a half bathroom in the pool area and outside shower. Every room, terrace, balcony and the infinity pool is overlooking the ocean. Every room has its private entrance.
The house has a capacity for up to 12 guests. There is an independent bedroom for baby sitter/maid with a full size bed, tv, microwave, A/C and an independent bathroom. The house is walking distance to the beach and very close to town and restaurants.
Culebra is located between Puerto Rico's northeastern coast and St. Thomas USVI. There are flights available from Isla Grande Airport, Ceiba Airport or Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. Also, you can access the island via ferry from Ceiba, PR

Dream Villa in Paradise
This house was special! From the minute you pull up, the house will blow you away. The panoramic views of the blue Caribbean are breathtaking. There are two levels to the house but many levels to explore outside since the house is built into the mountainous landscape. The infinity pool was a welcome gathering place for whole family with plenty of lounges to soak up the warm sun. There is the most amazing snorkeling right at the base of the property where you will see beautiful coral, fish, mana rays and starfish and more. The home is well appointed with a beautiful kitchen and indoor/outdoor seating. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms, oh the glorious bathrooms. I can’t find the words to describe how luxurious they are, you must see for yourself! I could go on forever but I’ll just finish by saying... if you are considering this property, don’t wait.
