Description
A beautiful, well maintained luxury villa / Condominium located in the gated (24 hour manned security gate at entrance) Castle Pines section of the PGA Village Resort. This spacious two bedroom second floor unit has a screened in balcony, fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar, separate dining area, and very comfortable Great Room with sliding glass door access to the screened balcony. The entire unit is newly painted in cheery tropical colors - a perfect winter get-away! The unit includes three LED wall mount TV's (brand new 65" 4K SUHD Curved screen, SMART TV in the Great Room), all three TV's have Hi-Def cable service, Comcast cable service, secure private WI-FI network, I-pod/I-phone docking station with I-phone 5 charging adaptor, and use of brand new private washer & dryer. The second bedroom has a full bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and can be used as a 'lockout' unit with a separate private entrance if desired.
All countertops are newly installed granite, including the kitchen, master bath double sink, and "B" side kitchenette countertop.
The showers both have newly installed frameless glass doors.
Entry doors for the 'A' and 'B' sides each have 'state of the art' personalized electronic door locks. These locks have time sensitive numeric codes which you can easily personalize for your period of stay - there are no entry door slide cards or keys!

It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to PGA Golf Club (Site of the PGA professional qualifying school) with four championship (Tom Fazio & Pete Dye) 'pay to play' golf courses. The PGA complex includes a 35 Acre 'state of the art' very extensive PGA Golf practice & Training Center (there is a nominal daily fee for all day use of this facility). There is also available a 6 hole par 3 pitch & putt course which is free to play. The PGA golf courses and the practice/training facility have consistently ranked very highly by Golf Digest and other Golf publications each year since it's opening in 2000.
It is a short 5 minute walk to the Castle Pines Community gorgeous tropical 'zero entry' swimming pool with hot tub/spa. The large sun deck has Palm trees and lush landscaping with a nearby picnic area with charcoal grills, and a playground area.
Tradition Field, the NY Mets Spring Training facility and minor league team home field, is located within a 5 minute drive. Also within a 5 minute drive are the Carmike 14 screen movie-plex, Super Play with mini-golf, bowling, batting cage, and various restaurants.
Within a 20 minute drive, are Jensen Beach, Stuart Beach, Sailfish Point, and Fort Pierce (Jai Alai), with beaches and fishing at Hutchinson Island just 20 - 30 minutes drive time.

Fantastic Stay At This Villa
The Villa was immaculate! Bright interior, comfy furniture, 3 new large-screen t.vs.,all appliances and kitchen utencils needed for fixing meals, balcony ideal for breakfast and lunch, or just for relaxing, quiet surroundings, fantastic pool within easy walking distance. Town of Port St. Lucie is a stones' throw away and has grocery stores, good restaurants,an 18 screen movie theatre, department stores , and just about anything one could ask for. We would definetly want to return to this villa at Castle Pines for another great getaway! .We give it a 5 STAR Award!

Absolutely Beautiful
This villa is absolutely beautiful; immaculate and freshly painted and decorated with bright, tropical colors. All the comforts and amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen, extremely spacious, 3 new large screen wall mounted tv's; we spent a great deal of time on the screened-in balcony which was perfect for breakfast and dinner or just relaxing in the quiet surroundings. The pool was within walking distance and was very clean and secured. Private washer/dryer came in very handy. Very convenient to great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and beaches. Owners were wonderful to deal with (keyless entry was very convenient and easy to use). This condo has everything you could possibly want to make for a perfect vacation...a home away from home. Definitely a 5 star rating ... looking forward to returning.

Awesome Unit
What an awesome unit. flat panel TV's in the living area (50'') and each bedroom. this unit is very attractively decorated, and everything is in perfect working order. i have stayed in several units in this complex, and this one is far above the others. the owners are exceptional to deal with and they made the process very easy and inviting. the unit was shared among 4 men on a sports outing and the unit was very comfortable for all. on my next visit, I hope this unit is available.

Fabulous
First of all, the owner treated us as if he had known us for years! He could not have been more accommodating. The villa was bright and immaculately clean with all furnishings in excellent condition. The electronic door locks were great, and the 55" hi-def TV was awesome. They even provided a very nice docking station for I-Pod/I-Phone. The screened in balcony was a great place to relax at the end of a day of golf! We have already reserved a return visit!!!!

Alex is great
We enjoyed our stay at the condo so much. It was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable. Alex was great to work with and checking to make sure all was well. We loved the 3-D scenes on the walls, just small things to add to the beauty of the place. The programmable door locks made coming and going so easy. We took our bikes and enjoyed riding throughout the entire area. Thanks, Alex, for going above and beyond.

Excellent Condo
All our expectations were fullfilled. All descriptions and photos were accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. A very smart system with electronic locks to the front doors valid for the duration of our stay. No worries about lost keys. The contact with the owner was perfect. Very friendly and helpful, like talking to an old friend. A nice pool area with jaccuzzi 5 min walk from the condo. 30 min drive to the beach. Lots of golf courses to choose from within 5-30 min drive. Stores and restaurants nearby. We can highly recommend this place!

Golf Getaway
Alex & Helen were awesome to work with and their condo was the best we have stayed at for our golf getaway. Many great golf courses in the immediate area in all price ranges. Great to walk around Castle Pines and the pool was like a first class resort. Luved the 65" Samsung for movies in the evening. Four Queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms made everyone comfortable. The condo was fully stocked with everything we would need. Would highly recommend this Castle Pine's resort condo.

Beautifully furnished Condo!
My parents and I had a great stay at Alex's beautifully furnished condo in Castle Pines! We absolutely loved the place, very clean and the amenities certainly made our stay more enjoyable. Awesome Samsung curved TV and Ekornes reclining leather couch and chair in the living room made for some comfortable evenings as well!
