This Fun Tropical property is a nicely decorated 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1,900sqft single story home. It is located on Cosnina Drive and is only about 2 miles from the London Bridge, Lake and Marina. This awesome vacation home has a Jacuzzi, a new Baja Shelf Pool and 2 very cool tall tiki-totem palm trees in front. The backyard also has a good sized covered patio area with ceiling fans and BBQ. There is a spacious game room where you can overlook the sparkling pool through the Glass Slider while shooting a game of pool. The Kitchen/Dining Room has an Open Air feeling w a large Kitchen Counter Bar, Bar Stools, & a Glass Slider overlooking the refreshing pool and backyard. There is Boat & RV Parking on the side of the house and also parking in the 2 car garage. Free WiFi internet, Roku TV & Satellite Antenna TV for local channels. Great amenities & location for an Awesome Vacation!

Spacious house in a great location
My family, along with 2 other small families, stayed at this home for a few nights recently. The house was clean and the pool was wonderful. There were a couple of mixups. I asked for an early check in but was told somebody was staying until 11am, only to be told by the owner (after I had already check in) that nobody had been there for several days. I also requested to have the a/c turned on prior to arriving but the owner had forgotten, so it took one pretty hot night of sleep before it was cool (and we had to leave the house for several hours after arriving to find some a/c). She did apologize several times and said this was not typical as they usually cool it prior to somebody arriving. the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook our meals which was great. There unfortunately wasn't enough extra sheets or pillowcases for the additional beds (there was one for the sofa bed, but none for the futon in the game room). So if you will be using those rooms in addition to the 4 bedrooms, make sure to bring some extra sheets and pillows. We would definitely stay at this house again, it is perfect for groups or families and the pool and pool table were wonderful additions. The owner was very responsive.
