The inside is completely new! Cool off indoors with central AC while playing a game of pool or one of the numerous board games in the French door-framed game room. This room features an expansive custom bar for entertaining or watch the large HDTV near the cozy fireplace while lounging in a comfy leather sectional or recliner.
All the furniture, appliances and electronics are brand new. This home has central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Also includes an additional Lava Rock Fireplace off the kitchen/dining room area, perfect for an intimate cocktail party.
There is a large 2 car garage and plenty of extra parking for a boat, RV, and/or jet skis. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Free WiFi internet and cable included.

This vacation home was exactly as advertised...maybe better! We enjoyed all of the features of the house and the beautiful residential neighborhood location. It was furnished with everything we needed as well as those extras that made our month long visit very homey. One thing to note is that you will be using a roku device to stream tv channels using your home tv provider. The internet service in the home is easily able to handle this system... we just had no experience with roku previously, so it took a few days to learn. By the time March madness basketball games started, we were able to find and view all of the live games. Lake Havasu City is a wonderful destination, with beautiful weather, many destinations for interesting day trips, and great options for hiking and water sports! We are already looking forward to the next trip. You won’t be disappointed with this home! Thanks Jamie and Bryon!

Poker Run Weekend
Our party of 8 really enjoyed this home. Especially the game room! It was a big hit with our group. I enjoyed setting up happy hour in the bar area. The house was clean, plenty of room for all of us. Loved the 3 bathrooms - made getting ready a breeze. Kitchen is well equipped. We will definitely rent this house again!!!
