Apartment on the second floor of a house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds and share a large bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, and bath and beach towels.
Living area with Full sofa bed, TV with Cable TV, and WiFi. Interior dining area for 4 persons and exterior dining area on the private terrace for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plates, glasses, and utensils. From the kitchen, you have access to the private terrace with BBQ and stairs to the pool. Beach chairs and cooler are also provided.
All of the bedrooms and living areas are equipped with A/C units.
The pool is shared with Coquí (studio rental unit) and downstairs apartment occupied by the owner. The pool has a large sun terrace, lounge-style chairs, cascading fountain, and lap pool.
A minute's walk from the property and you arrive at the beach. Also within short walking distance, you will find many restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, churches, synagogues, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, casinos, museums, and boutiques.
