Fun time on the beach!
Coming into to this reservation I was a bit concerned because we were a group of 18. However, the home ended up being a perfect fit. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The house is a lot larger than it seems on the pictures. The hot tub area had a really cool outdoor shower. The game room were awesome feature we used every day. The location was excellent, we felt very safe and the beach was less than a block away. Plenty restaurants and bars at walking distance. We did not need to rent a car. We UBER everywhere and it was an average of $6 per ride. We found everything we needed in the house. I definitely recommend this property for large groups. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

Beautiful house in the BEST location!
The house was spectacular. It was very clean, safe and secure. The description was exact. The location is perfect, you are walking distance to everything you'll need. We rented cars and ended up using Uber a lot. If I would do it over I would of just rented the vehicles the day we visited the rain Forrest only. The pool, ping-pong table

Great location and VERY spacious house
Jamie's communication was great both before and during our recent stay. With a tropical storm on the way to the island, we didn't want to book until the last minute. The fact that this home has a generator and back-up water supply made all the difference. The house is very large. I am not sure if pictures can ever show that. Great for large groups of people. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Like all houses, there are some showers that are better than the others, but overall the bathrooms were larger than many of the places we have stayed in the past. The location is perfect. Easy access to the highways via car. Shopping, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. Will be back again the next time we go to San Juan with a large group!
