Our Elegant, Relaxing, and Spacious home is located approximately 10 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, (SJU), and approximately 15 minutes from historic and picturesque Old San Juan. We are ideally located five houses from the beach in a quaint, desirable and safe neighborhood. We are minutes from numerous restaurants, bars, shops, hotels, casinos and world class resorts. Our townhome features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room sofa bed with full gel mattress - a black bottom pool, and central AC. This home was made for the ideal island getaway close to the beach and food! Generator backup.

An amazing Home!!
We found the home to be spacious and nicely appointed. Due to the threat from Hurricane Irma, the owners, Wendy and Tip, were constantly looking out for our best interest in the way of notifying us of updated flight information and weather updates. My family and I felt very safe and secure at the beach house and appreciated the oversight from the owners! The home itself was truly wonderful with ample space and amenities for all of our family members. The kitchens (yes, 2 kitchens) were stocked with all the service items and appliances you could ever need. Bathrooms were nicely appointed and plentiful. The home was conveniently located to the beach, and there was parking for up to three vehicles on the premises, and available street parking. There were available local eateries (try Kasalta for an authentic local meal!!), supermarkets and other services to satisfy your needs. The home is located within minutes from the Condado Hotel Area, the airport, and minutes from Old San Juan. There is also information available at the home so that you can make reservations for sightseeing, watersports, and the like. There was ample space for everyone to have a quiet corner or to meet and have a good time together. I highly recommend this vacation home and hope I have the opportunity to stay there again!!

Perfect for Family Vacation
We had 3 different families staying with a total of 9 people and felt there was room for everyone to really spread out. The house was a great location to beach and many restaurants. The grocery store was a 10 min. walk with a free van service to bring you back. There was also a Walgreens about 5 minutes that carried everything, including wine and liquor. There were a few issues but the Owner would send someone immediately to take care of it. We would definitely stay in this house again.

We loved our stay!
We had 5 couples stay there over July 4th week. House was awesome. We didn't even use 3 of the bedrooms, ping pong table, etc and still had a blast. So close to the beach and the pool/hot tub was also an amenity we took full advantage of. Hopefully we'll get to come back here again at some point in the future.
