Description
Modern, one-bedroom second floor apartment, just 40 steps to the beach. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and an active and a passive park. Walk to Condado with its bustling stores and nightlife. Take a 15 minute ride to Old San Juan, with its colonial architecture and military fortresses, museums, restaurants and entertainment. Ride a parasail, walk over white sands, rent a bike and in Spring watch the tiny tortoises as they break their eggshells and walk to the ocean.
The apartment has everything you need: a well equipped kitchen with blender, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker and two burners; a bedroom with a Queen size bed and an available pack and play for baby or toddler; bathroom ensuite; sitting room with TV and 2 comfortable reclining chairs; and a dining area. A large shared terrace is available for your enjoyment. Linens, towels, beach towels, small cooler and basic bathroom and pantry items are included. A moon shower and a washer and dryer are available.
We also have an adjacent studio that could be rented separately or together. Contact owner.

Perfect beach getaway
For me the ideal vacation rental should be as enjoyable to be in as the outdoor activities that surround it. Rosa's apartment is exactly that type of place. It is as advertised, 40 steps to the beach. Wonderful restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment is modern and immaculate. These are some special features of the apartment that I especially liked: 1. Great WiFi and plenty of available outlets to charge all of your devices. 2. You can truly unpack and feel at home because thee is ample storage in the closet, dresser, and nightstands. And... there is enough room in the bathroom to store those items without them getting in the way. 3. Lots of natural light. Beautiful windows in the living space with quality shades to filter the glare. 4. Comfy recliners that are the best for relaxing after your day out in the sun. 5. Great beach chairs and other beach equipment are provided and are in excellent condition. It is a lovely apartment in a great location. I would not hisitate to book it again.

Excellent location. Gracious hosts. Had no trouble in any communications. Right in front of the beach. Easy parking. They provided beach chairs, towels. I honestly don't know how it could have been any better. Lovely neighborhood. Really looking forward to our next time. Rosa and Carlos are great.
