Description
Second floor studio with large shared terrace. King size bed, which can be separated into two Twin XL beds. Beautiful kitchen with table for four. Bathroom with shower. Bed linens, hair dryer, towels, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, iron and board. Dishes, utensils and basic bath and kitchen items are provided on your arrival. Washer and dryer available. Wonderful location in a short street that has on one end a great beach, where you can go paragliding, swimming, get suntanned or you can walk over white sands to Condado with its big hotels and nightlife. You will get beach towels and a small cooler. On the other end of the street you can find great coffee shops, restaurants, rental bikes, pharmacy, supermarket and entertainment. Self check-in anytime after 4. Leave bags on landing if you arrive earlier. Facilities include ceiling fans, a/c, 24/7 power plant (just in case...), water reservoir and wi-fi. We have another second floor adjacent apartment with a King bed, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Consult owner.

Steps from the beach
The property was just a few steps from the beach and was very clean, rosa and her husband were very accommodating to our needs. The area had a ton of restaurants within walking distance, we didn't even need to use our car rental. I plan on staying here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Apartment in a Great location
Beautiful, Private, Secure. Loved the Patio, spent many hours enjoying the Caribbean climate reading and playing cards with my wife. Walking distance to many good restaurants and 100 yards to the beach.
