Woodward Heights townhouse
Places like this make me glad I booked our vacation stay at a VRBO property. It was a good value, and was very clean and comfortable. Our host's communications and helpfulness exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing we encountered that we did not expect were the frequent sirens from police, fire trucks, and ambulances. Given the location next to a major thoroughfare that leads to downtown and the hospitals, it's not unexpected. It's a trade off for this urban location that is a short walk to Rupp Arena, Manchester Street bars and restaurants, and downtown Lexington. But if you are sensitive to noise at night, I suggest you bring ear plugs.
